The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff were friendly. However we did not have WiFi as we were told they are in the midst of changing a provider. Also with all the fancy switches to control the lights, blinds etc, the bed does not have a headboard. We had no conditioner, shampoo only. Finally we had a city wide electricity outage due to no fault of the hotel. After the electricity came back after one hour or so, the water was muddy for a long time but it was better the next morning.

Great hotel,great food,great view. Friendly staff. Great location We will definitely stay there again.

Staff was great! Parking is not easy No WiFI in rooms

It was a very short walk to the Old Town Central. Really enjoyed the stay, people were very friendly, the staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

A good value in a semi premium class for a resort town sort of setting and surrounding area. Facility has some wear over the decades if you look closely (as many places do), but it proved a solid choice. Well located in old town and still possible to park. Hit and miss nearby (and free), but they also have a remote lot well above on hill with lots of space. Staff was small, consistent and always attentive.

Phantastischer Blick über die Bucht und sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Zimmer hat fürchterlich nach Mottenpulver gerochen. Pool im Schwesterhotel über viele Treppen, durch einen Tunnel sowie einen Aufzug zu erreichen. Der Pool war nicht besonders sauber und es gab lediglich einen einzigen Sonnenschirm. Sehr schade…

A lovely hotel and very friendly and helpful staff.

This property is NOT a five star hotel. At best maybe a 1 star. Clean but extremely dated and worn out. There’s no internet in the rooms, only the lobby area and a very small room they call the business centre. No parking although they claim there is. The location is great , but all else failed for me and therefore I would not stay here or recommend The staff are very nice and try their best to make you feel welcome but this hotel appears to have been deteriorating for many years.

Wonderful property overlooking the promenade and a great view of the water castle of Bourtzi. Shopping and Tavernas are plentiful and an easy walk. The staff were very friendly, and requests were responded to promptly. We were only there for 2 days/1 night but would have gladly stayed longer if time allowed. would definitely choose this property again on a return to Nafplio!

Excellent hotel! Staff super friendly and accommodating

This is our 2nd time staying at this property overall very good. Has all the amenities, short walk to square and restaurants. Incredible water views. Staff are friendly and courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property and we will be back.

No WiFi except in lobby. We could not answer and download our business emails. Lobby intranet poor. Gave poor excuses. Secondly, A/C was intermittently working in room. Bed uncomfortable and poor breakfast. Seemed like place empty in July. We left two days early. Made no effort to refund us the two days prepaid.

Location and view. Such a beautiful place and handy for traveling to various sites like Mycene and Epidauros

here to start... Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi never worked in our room, which was a major issue since both of us work remotely. The rooms are outdated and in need of serious renovations. On our first night, the A/C wasn’t cooling properly — we later learned that temperature control is tied to seasonal settings, which made things uncomfortable. It’s clear the hotel needs urgent upgrades, though we were told that any improvements require government permits and approval, which adds to the delays. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We will not be staying here again.

It is an adequate hotel because it has been extremely neglected. It hasn’t had the maintenance it needs in many years. Our stay was wonderful because the staff is so outstanding. We were disappointed because there is no Internet in the guest rooms and no restaurant on the premises aside from breakfast. It is not close to the old town. This hotel was probably fabulous 20 years ago. But you might want to say someplace more centrally located.

How this hotel gets 5 stars on hotels.com astounds me. It’s is very tired and in need of major refurbishment. The WiFi in the rooms doesn’t work but the staff do nothing about it. We had no hot water for the 2 days we were there. They did move us to a suite when we complained but that had no hot water either. It did have a jacuzzi bath but when I tried to use it lukewarm neith the reception not housekeeping knew how to turn it on and they had no instructions. The shower leaked, the armchairs and bed balance had holes in, the quilt was lumpy with filling clumped together. The balcony had wooden benches which were warped with nails sticking out so unusable. Breakfast was the worst from all 9 hotels we stayed at in Greece. When we said we weren’t paying the full price it had unfortunately been prepaid by hotels.com and they said we have to ask them. The only thing that saves this hotel is the stunning sea view. Avoid at all costs, I now see why there are no photos to speak of

The Hotel was definitely not a 5 star. Having said that the Concierge Costas was above and beyond to help us park our car. Ionina apologies if that is incorrectly spelt tried her very best to make us comfortable. All said it looked very well worn, bathrooms needed updating lots of wood needed varnishing. We visited at Easter and the restaurant was shut and the member of staff was not too polite in telling us so we went elsewhere. The staff Reception staff did what they could to help but overall we were disappointed. It’s really unusual for me not to give a rave review.The curtains in our room 409 were brown with water marks? Sorry I could not be more positive. I suffer from various back issues. If we were staying in a 2 star overnight I used to take a JYSK mattress topper with me in fact I bought it in Nafplio in 2023.

Beautiful, newish establishment on the water and on the edge of the historic district. Very well appointed and easy parking. Large buffet breakfast.
