Nice hotel close to the beach. Good for families but a bit out of the way if you want to explore the whole island. Food was terrible though.

Ανακαινισμένα & καθαρά δωματια! Ωραίος περιβάλλοντας χώρος! Δυστυχώς όμως κάπου εδώ τελειώνουν τα θετικά σχόλια. Όταν πληρώνεις ένα πακέτο με όλα πληρωμένα, περιμένεις το επίπεδο του φαγητού να είναι καλό σε ποιότητα. Το πρωινό αν εξαιρέσεις ότι σχετιζόταν με αυγά που μοιραία έπρεπε να είναι φτιαγμένα εκείνη την ώρα, όλα τα υπόλοιπα ήταν μπαγιάτικα και κακής ποιότητας. Το ίδιο και για το μεσημεριανό και βραδινό, ό,τι περίσσευε ξανα προσφερόταν εκ νέου. Επίσης αναψυκτικά και μπυρα εντός πακέτου πολύ χαμηλής ποιότητας, φρηνιαρικα

Very Clean and newer remodeled rooms with great ciews of the pool and water park. If you have kids this place is a must. 3 minute walk to the beach.

The resort Is very beautifull. The room are nice and clean. The Village animation could be improved, the swimming pool close at 6 pm , tò early

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel ! Familial, adapté pour les enfants, les familles, bien équipé, waterpark, chaises bébé, pataugeoire, mini club par exemple. Personnel très aimable, accueillant et arrangeant ! merci à Julianna qui me faisait un délicieux café frappé tous les matins ☺️ Propreté des chambres et des espaces commun, il y a parfois du vent et le personnel fait attention à ramasser les objets qui pourrait s’envoler et finir dans la piscine. Le resto était bon et assez varié, le petit déjeuné excellent, beaucoup de choix en sucré et salé je me suis régalée. Au bar de la piscine le midi jusqu’à 16h c’est pita gyros et pizza, excellentes aussi ! La piscine est grande, chaude, propre, ferme à 18h mais la plage est à 2 min à pied si vous voulez prolonger votre journée soleil! Plage très sympa, on a pied loin, pratique avec les enfants, il y a même des falaises d’argile pour se faire des petits masques! Bref très bon séjour pour nous, tout était au top nous y retournons avec plaisir

The Argile has a lot of potential but disappointed us on several levels. We booked two rooms 4 months before arriving which ended up as far away from each other as possible. Upon arrival our room’s AC didn’t work. The maintenance guy was quick to try and help us. We had to put pressure on the door sensor whenever it turned off to get it to start up again. Our room seemed to be a work in progress. It had a large open area which lacked a suitcase rack, chair or shelves of any kind. There was two tea bags but no kettle. The bathroom had no area to put our toiletries or hang a towel. We asked for an iron and ironing board but they could not accommodate us until after our check out a few days later. There were no instructions or map of the resort area, wifi, dining hours etc. Turned out the beautiful pool was only open from 10am-6pm so after a day of sight seeing we weren’t able to use it. The bright side was a plentiful buffet breakfast. Seemed like a great family resort with some kind of all inclusive option which we weren’t offered.

Very nice property with excellent service

The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant and willing to help , the rooms were kept exceptionally clean , with fresh bedding and towels every day . The only down side was the pool side bar wasn't stocked very well and the entertainment was poor .

The rooms were very dated but the breakfast was great and the pool facilities were impeccable

Excellent location for the beach which was beautiful. Good variety of food but could have been hotter. Always managed to get sunbed around pool when we needed them Pool bar staff were very friendly Mercury car hire around the corner also very helpful Would definitely recommend this hotel

The staff were excellent and hotel in good location. Shame about sewage smell and evening entertainment not great.

Good for families with young children, good facilities and animation team

Resort with all a family on vacation needs. Friendly and welcoming crews.

Awful place to stay! The staff is so noisy in the morning it is impossible to rest, the cleaners have no consideration about guests, they chat away at 8am in front of your door!! One morning the cleaning lady had literally wanted to come in at 9,30 to clean the room ,we were skeeping and luckily we had theroom locked -so intrusive we were very outraged in fact we wanted to leave but the nearby hotel was fully booked! I do not recommend staying here at all! So dissapointed have no words to describe it,sadly

Buona struttura, consigliata a famiglie con bambini, con una bella piscina e un facile accesso alla spiaggia. camere confortevoli e pulite. Inferiore alle aspettative la qualità della colazione e della cena.

We made the mistake of taking the all inclusive package thinking that all our food and drinks would be paid for. Instead, we got less than mediocre food and had to pay additional costs for pool bar snacks and drinks. Soft drinks and most coffee drinks were also at an additional cost. Overall, not worth the all inclusive. You're better off paying for your snacks and meals separately. There was also nothing to do after supper as there was no hotel entertainment nor any nearby bars so nights ended pretty early.
