Most of the review mentioned that the view in this hotel was fabulous, no doubt I totally agree with this. The hotel is so peaceful and quiet, people can watch the sunset clearly. However, I am quite unsatisfactory with other areas. Actually, I am having a half-month vacation with my husband. We stayed in Dubai, Athens and Mykonos. However, I can say this is the worst hotel during the whole trip. In Expedia, the description of the superior room with SEA view (volcano) included 1 double bed, and a PRIVATE balcony. And we booked this room type for three nights. When we arrived the hotel, they gave us a room with GARDEN view, so I went to the reception immediately and ask them to change it, and the receptionist said that she can only change it tomorrow. (So, if I do not go and ask for the amendment, I will stay in the same room for 3 nights?) On the next day, they changed the room for us. However, the room consist 2 single beds. (Which I didn’t ask for) And for the view of the room, you will see the sea from the window after numerous of buildings. When we wanted to relax and sit at our balcony, someone from other rooms is sitting in our area. (It means the balcony is not really a PRIVATE one) If I visit Santorini again, I won’t stay in this hotel.

You will need to rent a car to go round the Island as the tourist spots like Fira and Oia are not close by. There is a church right outside the suites and it is good for the famous church photo. The pool and the pool side breakfast are wonderful. The view from the pool side is awesome.!!!

Breakfast was really good. Room prepared and clean. Staff always smiled and friendly. Caldera viewing point and heart of Santorini just steps away. Beautiful sunsets. Really recommend this property.

La struttura non è più nuovissima ma gode di un posizione ed una vista sulla caldera impareggiabile. La colazione è ottima e il personale che se ne è occupato sono stati supergentili soprattutto con nostro figlio piccolo. La camera era veramente spaziosa, su due livelli, e arredata con gusto con un grande terrazzo che si affacciava sulla caldera. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la vasca ad idromassaggio che non funzionava, si sono prontamente attivitati con idraulico e visto che non hanno risolto il problema ci è stato fatto un rimborso per la differenza con una stanza senza vasca direttamente sulla carta di credito in pochi giorni.

It is directly on the Caldera, people drive for miles to come here to see the beautiful sunset. It is also right next to the heart of Santorini. The town is a small quaint town with restaurants and a few shops. Staff is nice and breakfast is spectacular.

The property is really good. The lady who prepares the breakfast is very nice. The view is spectacular to the Caldera. Overall is a nice property with a wonderful location.

This property was excellent!! If you want the peacefulness of Santorini without the chaos of the tourists, then this place is perfect for that!! A 10-15 min drive into Fira with all the shopping and fast foods if that is what you like. 10 min drive to Akrotiri for the perfect sunset, or stay within the property at the cliffs adjacent to hotel for another beautiful sunset spot. All you can need within 15 min drive with hidden gems close nearby. Supermarket less than 5 minutes away has everything you need!! Will definitely be staying here EVERY trip to Santorini!!

This is a great place to stay at that offer sweeping views of the sunset, infact a very famous viewpoint for locals is right next to the property. Very friendly and kind staff at the check-in and breakfast. The bathrooms are very dated and uncomfortable as the property is one of the very old yet freshly painted. I still recommend it.

Beautiful cliff top property overlooking the sunset. Nice breakfast. Walking distance to a nice small town. Mattress was a little firm to our liking, bathroom small. Friendly staff.

Everything about this hotel is just excellent -- wonderful view, spacious room, friendly stuff, etc. My only concern is the location, which is a bit far from the areas of ineterst!

The localisation was very good, the personnal were nice and the room was clean. We didn't really enjoyed the breakfast poor, and repetitive. Aslo the equipment were old and rubished, for example the faucet in the shower were rusty. We had a good time anyway for our stay in Santorini.

It goes without saying, Elvis is awesome. Stunning sunset view from the property, amazing. Had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend this place.

I don't want to stay at this hotel. No shower for 3hours from8AM tiny room,stinky smell like a paint smell

We booked for 4 days stay and left the hotel for another after the first night stay. We arrived later in the evening approximately 930 the resort was completely dark and was extremely quiet. We felt awkward and could not get anything to eat or drink upon arrival. We were shown to our room which smelled Horrible much like an outhouse. The doors had major gaps to the outside and the doors to the small terrace were unsecure and could be pushed open from the outside. Anna at reception was very pleasant and understood how we felt upon leaving. Nothing for night arrivals available and the roads are unsafe to walk anywhere in the dark due to the narrowness. Motor vehicles going very fast with no lighting.

This hotel is perfect for those who want a comfortable stay without the fancy extras and higher cost of a premium accommodation. At the reception, Anna and Elvis gave us a warm and friendly welcome. We instantly felt at home with their kindness and persinal approach. They offered us some great information on the local area and made arrangements for a return shuttle pickup to the port for us. The room was cleaned daily, the AC kept us comfortable and cool. A small patio with a clothes drying rack allowed the space to dry out our laundry in the sun each day The pool is clean and inviting. The daily breakfast was simple but effective with a nice variety of foods to choose from. The nearby community of Megalochori is a true gem on Santorini. Set apart from the tourist hordes of Fira and Oia, it offers great restaurants and a quaint town square. It is the Greece we came for. The bus is 5 mins walk from the hotel. We enjoyed a picture perfect Caldera sunset with a glass of wine on the pool deck every evening of our stay. We recommend this hotel without hesitation for those budget conscious travelers seeking a friendly and comfortable accommodation on Santorini with wonderful sunset views.

Hotel com vista maravilhosa, destaco o atendimento atendimento dos funcionários Ana e Elvis. Agora o restante de mal a pior: 1) café da manhã horrível fraco, pouca variedade, eles compram os itens na padaria e vão servindo, nunca vi um café tão fraco e horrível.Acabou eles não repõe. 2)Não existe serviço de bar na beira de piscina, você fica no calor danado tendo aquela vista porém não tem o que beber e comer. Não tem funcionários suficientes 3) pior coisa que existem gatos no local como em toda a Grécia e o Hotel não os alimenta, tinham 3 gatos magros, desnutridos e os coitados ficam pedindo comida no café da manhã. Nunca tinha visto na Grécia gatos sendo maltratados e sem comida. Absurdo!! Não recomendo

Just for the view justify to go to this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lot of space in the room, a lot of storage. Superb balcony, great clean pool with a magestic view. Near the supermarket by foot and few restaurants. A lot of space for parking. Calm and private place away from the Oia , Fira crowd hunting for selfies. Good experience! Only thing i saw to improve is the climatisation that too freezing or too hot sometimes on the second floor. Well i recommand!
