菀村飯店

We kregen een kamer op gelijkvloers waar het wat vochtig en kil aanvoelde. De wifi werkte niet en we werden er niet van op de hoogte gebracht, ook al wist men het. Het ergste van alles was het warm water. Ook al liet je het 10 min aan een stuk lopen dan was het nog niet echt warm: wat een verspilling en onaangepast voor een vakantiecomplex!

Beautiful place and very quiet for families, the staff are friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed. The only problem was the shower, it was fitted with a dirty curtain and was not very clean.

Asteris Village was amazing. The Junior Suite was very spacious for our family of four. Nice pool and breakfast. The staff were so friendly and we coming, We will come back again!

Ich habe meine Reservierung storniert, das hat wohl nicht geklappt, die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel hatte danach auch keinen Erfolg. Keiner wollte sich um das Problem kümmern. 300€ Stornierung Gebühr waren das Endergebnis, dass Hotel wollte 1000€.. Der Kunde ist hier defintiv nicht König! Das Zimmer wurde wieder verkauft und es sollte doppelt kassiert werden. In Griechenland generell jetzt zum zweiten Mal passiert.

Diese gepflegte Anlage liegt zentral um alle 3 Finger zu besuchen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und modern ausgestattet. Frühstück und Personal lassen keine Wünsche offen. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Der Pool ist groß genug und immer äußerst gepflegt. Liegt zwar an der Hauptstraße, trotzdem kaum Straßenlärm. Gerne wieder. Danke.

the water that comes from the tap and in the swimmig pool is different. something like seawater. the only bad thing about this otel is this. the other things are wonderful.

שהינו במלון מה 25/7-31/7, 6 לילות. מיקום המלון אינו טוב, הוא נמצא על כביש בין שתי האצבעות קסנדרה וסיתוניה המשמעות שלכל מקום אתה נוסע בין שעה לשעה וחצי לכיוון, למלון אין חוף משלו וההליכה לחוף ארוכה. החדר שקבלנו מיועד לארבעה אנשים אך הילדים בעצם ישנים במטבחון. היחס במקום אינו מכבד ואינו ראוי, אין מקום להניח מזוודות, אין מקום במקלחת להניח שמפו או סבון, כל הציוד נמצא על הרצפה כולל ציוד רחצה, כולל מברשות שיניים. המנקות רק סדרו את החדר, הן מגיעות ללא סמרטוט או חומרי ניקוי, ביום ראשון הגדילו לעשות ואף דפקו בכוח על הדלת העירו אותנו ובקשו לנקות כשבקשנו שיחזרו אמרו נראה, ולא ניקו את החדר. במקום יש בריכה ללא מציל ולא ניתן לקחת מגבת לבריכה. הגברת אנגלה לא הפסקה להעיר לנו בצורה לא נעימה על המזוודות, על שימוש בנייר טואלט, הצנקה העירה לילדה ולא הרשתה לה לקחת מגבת לבריכה, היחס נוזף ולא מותאם. כשבקשנו לעזוב יום קודם נאמר לנו ואני מצטטת" שאתם יכולים ללכת מתי שתרצו... " אין החזר על הלילה, התשלום מלא. ארוחת הבוקר דלה, הלחםהיה יבש במהלך כל השבוע, הוגשה מרגרינה ביצה קשה, מלפפון עגבניה גבינה צהובה ונקניק. ישנם מקומות הרבה יותר טובים נעימים ומשתלמים, חבל להגיע למקום כזה לחופשה

We rented the 1800SF apartment with a family plus grandma. Great place to relax. Breakfast and dinner we super. It’s close to lots of great beaches and 1hr away from more excellent spots. Staff speaks good English. The pool is a great plus. You’re about 7-min walk from the beach and we had an awesome view of the sunset over the ocean.

Beautifully decorated and clean rooms. Lovely quiet pool. Extremely friendly and helpful staff
