En helt fantastisk opplevelse å være her. Stedet er helt nydelig, med en strand hvor det er mye fisk som gjør snorkling perfekt. Vi gjorde vår research på forhånd og tok med leiebil. Om du vil reise i Skaleta-området kan du fint ta buss, men skal du lenger kan avstandene fort gjøre bil til et bedre alternativ. Hotellet er plassert slik at vi fint kunne ta utflukter mot både Heraklion og Chania!
Vi bodde i en nyoppusset suite med kveldssol og utsikt over havet. Rommet var bedre enn vi kunne forventet - svært med god plass til klær og ting, og en stor balkong.
Resepsjonen var alltid behjelpelig og hyggelige. Siden vi forlovet oss på turen fikk vi også champagne og kaker sendt til rommet fra dem. Det satte vi pris på!
Både frokost, lunsj og middag imponerte oss veldig, det var alltid mye å velge mellom. Heller aldri tomt for noe, selv om vi kom en halvtime før stengetid enkelte dager.
Drikken er ok. Brusen fungerer, men både juicen og drinkene har en merkelig ettersmak.
Atmosfæren var deilig, både ved bassengområdet og på stranden. Det eneste negative med dette stedet er at man må tidlig opp på morgenen for å "reservere" solseng på stranden om man skal ha sjans til å ligge der ... Det er jeg ikke fan av.
Men totalt sett en helt fantastisk opplevelse. Vil gjerne tilbake.

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Wir konnten uns gut entspannen, alleine schon deshalb, weil das Hotel nur für Erwachsene war.
Die Animation war gut, die Speisenauswahl auch, man hat immer etwas zu essen gefunden. Einzig die Organisation des Buffets sollte verbessert werden, da es immer lange Schlangen gab und somit das Abendessen nicht wirklich entspannend ablief.

What i did not like was the pool is not clean, it has a yellow stucky film around the while pool. And there is a lot of bacteria in the pool. I can tell it has not been cleand for a while.

Very nice staff, quick cleaning of the tables. Food ok, except the bread: dry. Honors to the pastry chef, though. And to the people in the bar. Biggest two downsides: absolutely impossible to find a single free sunbed, although there was enough lawn space to place out many more. Also: only flimsy thin bed spreads, didnt get a good nights sleep.

Es ist eine sehr schöne und saubere Anlage. Das Personal ist immer sehr nett und freundlich. Das essen hat sich morgens und mittags größtenteils wiederholt, allerdings gab es Abends immer einen "Themenabend" und daher ein recht abwechslungsreiches und großes Buffet.
Für mich gab es gefühlt zu viele Verbotsschilder (nicht mit nasser Kleidung zur Pool Bar, nicht ohne T-Shirt zum Essen, nicht ohne lange Hose zum Abendessen, keine Getränke auf dem Zimmer). Ich denke wenn man hierfür eine Begründung schreiben würde und es ein wenig umformuliert, würde es wahrscheinlich schon für mich positiver rüber kommen. Wir haben uns trotz All Inclusive Wasser fürs Zimmer gekauft, was ich schon recht seltsam finde.

Really lovely hotel with great facilities, the pool area was good although salt water, the food was excellent, the staff very friendly and we had an excellent and picturesque sea view from our room on the first floor. The only issue we had was on our return home both myself and my husband got bites all over us when we put our travel clothes on that had been in the wardrobe for the week and i suspect it was fleas or some sort of mites. I had to go to the pharmacy for medication once we got home it was so severe. However that said it was a great holiday and a great place to stay. Our next holiday i will be taking wipes and disenfectant spray before putting my clothes in any wardrodes.

It was our anniversary trip and we have been really spoilt in the resort. At the arrival we got an upgrade to the Creta Royal 5* which gave us access to the restaurants, pool and everything of that side of the resort which was amazing!
First night we had dinner at the Italian restaurant overlooking the beach and beautiful sunset and the second night it was organized a beautiful bbq buffet around the pool (I don't eat fish unfortunately so not many choices for me, but my partner loved it).
It was quiet and relaxing atmosphere and everyone was very nice and attentive.
However on the negative side, the cocktails were made of syrup and tasted terribly, our room was on the ground floor and quite dark and what left us a bad taste about the holiday was the treatment we received at check-out: long story made short we had a car emergency and asked them the favor to call the road assistance for us ending with a final 16 Euro charge for us, which was not nice as it was an emergency and it was a greek number.. at the end after waiting for 30+ minutes the supervisor spoke to the manager which cancelled the charge, but left us very upset.
