Within 5-10 minutes walk to Metro, 15 minutes walk to the Concert Hall for business meeting, but it is difficult to find a socket in the room

Staffs are very nice and helpful, upgraded our room. Also let us to late check out. The area of the hotel is quiet. Nice restaurant nearby. Free shuttle bus provided to the Syntagma Square, it was very convenient for us. But the water pressure in the bathroom is weak and the closing hours of the swimming pool was too early, close at 10:00 should be better. Overall is good.

Excellent facility

Nice place. The only thing was pool way to cold.

Staff was great. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly daily. Spa team was on point. We booked a treatment and they gave our two kids a chocolate massage for free. The pool bar is a nice spot, very chill, good drinks, good vibes.

Very nice hotel to stay

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff were very nice and attentive. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

Struttura vidibilmente datata e non all altezza delle 5 stelle. Pulizia molto buona, camera spaziosa ma veramente datata. Bagno stesso discorso. Non e possibile che ci sua un asciugacapelli da autogrill con vasca/doccia con saliscendi da bagno datato, ovviamente la mancanza del bidet, strano in un 5 stelle. La puscina all'ultimo piano sporca e molto chiassosa con poco spazio relax. I tistoranti buoni e colazione abbondante.

Great location

First off: the beds are hard as rocks. We stayed here twice (total of 4 diff rooms as we were a group of 4) and all beds were the same. The staff was friendly. Food options were hotel pricey, but good. A/C did not work in one of our rooms and it was scorching hot. Housekeeping did not come by until 5pm, and we had an early flight the next day so we didn’t have our room cleaned.

Zenya was a massive help as I had botched the booking and had split the stay up by mistake It appeared as if we were going to spend 25 minutes trying to check in, but thank God Zenya was on hand and I had spoken to her that they previously to explain the situation not only did she manage to join the two bookings together we were also given a little upgrade to a slightly better room ! We had requested two rooms and we had to wait six hours for the second room to be ready but as it was just my son and I travelling we just went out for a walk and had dinner came back and got the room normally I would’ve kicked up a stink about this because it wasn’t on when you’re paying five star service however we were well looked after during our stay The hotel itself could not be in a better position you are right in the central Square 15 minute walk from the Parliament building and the tomb of the unknown soldier 20 minutes from the park 20 minutes good stroll to the Acropolis maybe 25 minutes for most people The Service in general is pretty good. We had a few attitude issues but on the hole the hotel is incredibly good value for money if a little tired but it’s incredibly clean. the food is excellent and as I said, members of staff like Zenya are a credit to the management team. I would return if I was going to Athens for business because I think it’s i incredibly good value for a central city location plus you have a two minute walk to some excellent restaurants and bars.

We stay in room 610, was clean, nice, comfortable. Rooftop pool, bar and restaurant were excellent 👌 👍 😋. Front Desk personnel were very professional, friendly and helpful. Bell Men were also helpful and friendly. Great time, Thank you.
