Das einzige gute am Hotel war das Personal. Schimmel im Zimmer, Ameisen im Zimmer, defekte Dusche, Störung der Nachtruhe, Frühstück war ein Witz, dreckiges Zimmer (Staub unterm Bett, Dreck in jedem Eck des Zimmers…)

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, Pools und Liegebereich sind schön mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Die Zimmer sind sauber und Betten bequem. Richtig toll ist die Auswahl beim Frühstück und im Restaurant abends, das Essen ist hervorragend und die Weinkarte klasse. Das Personal ist dort sehr höflich und freundlich und hilft, wo es nur kann. Auch die Bar am Pool macht tolle Drinks und das Personal dort ist klasse. Wir hatten allerdings wiederholt ein paar kleine Schwierigkeiten mit dem Housekeeping und einmal mit dem Whirlpool - das fand ich an sich nicht schlimm, als ich es das erste Mal gemeldet habe, aber da wir das dann mehrere Tage hintereinander zu beanstanden hatten, fand ich das schade, da wir ja doch einiges an Geld für den Aufenthalt gezahlt haben. Insgesamt hatten wir jedoch eine schöne Zeit dort und ich kann mir vorstellen, vielleicht mal wieder ein paar Tage dort zu bleiben, da wir regelmäßig auf Kreta sind.

Breakfast was great, very friendly staff. The only issue we ran into was when we misplaced our room key. They give you a fob card for power in your room but they also give you a key for your room. I feel like the key is unnecessary and they should just move to the fobs but besides that it was a great place. It is on a hill with a massive incline so if your room is in the 200s or 300s be prepared for a workout. Location is great as its outside of main Elounda but only a 20min walk ( or 5 min drive )

This hotel was amazing! The views were spectacular! We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options! The staff was so friendly and helpful! The town was one of my favorites we stayed in crete!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön. Aber nicht ganz 5 Sterne. Es ist schon alles sehr sauber, aber eben nicht bis ins letzte Detail. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen ist eigentlich der größte Kritikpunkt. Das Buffet ist wirklich sehr gut, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Bei den À-la-carte Gerichten passte die Qualität einfach nicht. Die Mengen waren sehr klein und das Fleisch meistens totgebraten. Beim Frühstück verstehe ich nicht, dass es nicht eine Bar gibt, wo man sich selbst Saft und Kaffee holen kann. Man ist immer auf die Kellner angewiesen, die, wenn es sehr voll ist, dann nicht immer so aufmerksam sind so sitzt man dann teilweise mehrere Minuten ohne Getränke dort. Ansonsten wären nur noch die Getränkepreise, die ich und auch andere Gäste als viel zu hoch empfinden. Ein Bier oder Radler für 7€. Ich verstehe ja, dass man das Geld der Halbpension irgendwie wieder reinholen muss, aber die Preise sind einfach zu hoch. Da dann doch lieber in die nächste Stadt und das Bier oder den Kaffee für 3-4 € weniger genießen. Zur Lage muss man sagen, dass es sehr ruhig ist. Die Straße hört man kaum. Dafür ist man aber auch sehr abgeschottet. Ohne Auto würde ich hier nicht anreisen.

Hotel is new but a few big issues: Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful especially the lady manager in the restaurant, pool waitress and the young porter always went out of their way to help and make stay enjoyable. Room set up I found very weird, the shower, toilet and sink are all very separate. The glass shower door faces the bed directly, the toilet is around the other side and the sink is in the actual bedroom so if you need toilet in the night you will guarantee disturb others as have to turn light on in the room to wash hands which would also make noise. The big issue I have which is probably why I wouldn’t return is you can use facilities after check out but are then told you cannot use the showers and changing room in the spa. You can only use the open shower by the pool and change in toilet, so no privacy.

Wir wurden im Hotel sehr herzlich empfangen – das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Anlage selbst ist schön gestaltet, mit einer tollen Aussicht über das Meer, einem gepflegten Poolbereich und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Leider gab es aber auch einige Punkte, die für uns den Gesamteindruck getrübt haben. In unserem Zimmer war die Rückwand des offenen Schranks stark von Schimmel befallen, die Toilette hat dauerhaft nach Kloake gerochen und das Zimmer war insgesamt nicht so sauber, wie man es in einem 5-Sterne-Resort erwarten würde. Die Gläser im Zimmer waren offensichtlich nicht gereinigt – man roch noch deutlich den Sekt vom Vorgänger. Der Balkon war ebenfalls nicht sauber, alles war voller Salzflecken und die Whirlpool-Ablage war schmutzig. Besonders enttäuschend war das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt, es gab lediglich eine Sorte Schnittkäse, die Eier sind Fertigeier aus der Packung und insgesamt entsprach die Qualität eher einem einfachen Hotel als einem Luxushotel. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber recht abgelegen – ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Auch die Restaurants in Elounda selbst konnten uns leider nicht überzeugen. Fazit: Eine schöne Anlage mit wunderbaren Mitarbeitern und toller Aussicht, aber leider erhebliche Mängel bei Sauberkeit und Verpflegung. Für uns war es daher insgesamt ein gemischter Aufenthalt, und wir würden persönlich nicht noch einmal hierher zurückkehren.

Es war einfach ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen.

Malerische Aussicht, super Service und insgesamt ein wirklich tolles Hotel, das wir wieder besuchen würden. Einzig das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.

The complex was newly refurbished with a new pool area. Rooms were immaculate and well provisioned. Service was excellent from all staff. The only disappointment was that one restaurant was closed and the one that was open was buffet style. We were B&B only but paid to go to restaurant on first evening. The choice was quite limited and a little disappointing. We walked into the nearby (30min casual walk) and ate there in the wide choice of restaurants for the rest of the stay. Buffet style Breakfast was good though.

Das gesamte Personal super freundlich, man würde zu fast jeder Zeit mit Golfkarts zu seinem Zimmer hinauf gefahren (wie natürlich auch das Gepäck). Super Frühstück, herrlicher Pool. 15 min Laufweg zum Ort mit vielen Restaurants. Begrüßungschampagner am bereits vorgeheizten Whirlpool auf dem Balkon. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub ohne die geringsten Unannehmlichkeiten, es war herrlich!

Prachtige accommodatie, zwembaden, onze kamer met zeezicht en jaccuzzi, alles klopte en was tot in de puntjes perfekt! Alle medewerkers waren oprecht vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijk ontbijt met tal van verse en vers bereide produkten. Het was genieten ten Top!!!

The hotel was fantastic, the rooms were amazing with the private pools. The staff were incredibly accomodating and helpful, and the food options on half board were great.

Room was very nice. Staff were all very friendly. Location is nice if you just want to get away. Plaka is 5 min drive away and Elounda as well. Nightlife people this isn’t for you. Gym is nice! TRX, Free weight The dinners were good (and always tasted good!) but they got a bit repetitive/not very interesting towards the end of the week. Pizza as a „special“ two times within 3 day time span for example. We had an issue with our sea view room with private pool upon check in that was easily solved and they gave us a new room. Our initial room was a bit smaller and the pool was on the corner and was 1/2 the size of all the other pools that you can easily see as they are all next to eachother. One issue I had was that on our last full day they were doing maintenance to the gate and it was from morning til early afternoon lots of drilling/saw sounds and it ruined the atmosphere as our room/rooms with private pool are almost all very close to the entrance/road. It would have been nice if they had sent someone around with a small gift or drink to say sorry for the inconvenience. Wasn’t very ideal… Also the private pool water was so cold we barely used it. Maybe that’s something they should look into. It was hot and sunny all week but it felt like an ice bucket. Wouldn’t suggest floating breakfast in these pools. The main pool was not as bad as it sits in the sun more than the rooms with private pool. I’d stay here again FYI! Was lovely just a few honest Feedbacks from us.

The room we were given had a much smaller pool, and was immediately in front of the gate, so lots of noise and disturbance. The gym was terrible for what we are used to. Room cleaning did not happen as scheduled, and as a result was missed. The pool area was not very clean, and the food that was left attracted wasps and hornets, so we ended up having to dispose our order. We ended up wanting to leave earlier, as it was not a very pleasant experience.
