Bel environnement, très propreet bonne cuisine

We had several problems with getting lost at the property, no signs to orientation where you are. The management especially at night were constantly asking if we were lost again. We have been at other resorts in the Caribbean that were better laid out. But overall we had a family reunion with 36 people for our boy's wedding. Beautiful resort but need manager customer service review policy.

Lovely hotel, especially the newly renovated family bungalows. Very friendly helpful staff lovely wide selection of food and plenty to do for the kids and spacious pools. There was an issue with the aircon on the first day but the staff quickly logged it and was fixed by the next morning. Only thing they could improve on would be the pool tables and arcade, very dated most machines were broken but this did not take anything away from the stay which was lovely.

Zimmer Bungalow war OK. Leider 3 Tage lang ein Problem mit Ameisen im ganzen Raum🤢. Wurde erst nach 3 maligen beanstanden in Ordnung gebracht.😒 Am 5 Tag ist das Wasser in der Dusche nicht bzw. nur sehr langsam abgelaufen. Leider ist die Lage des Zimmers, Parterre und direkt vor einem allgemeinen Pool. Verpflegung und Auswahl waren sehr gut 😀Für ein 4⭐plus Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet. Am Empfang leider Niemand der Deutsch spricht.

Schönes Resort und durch die kleinen Bungalow sehr ruhig. Im Inkl Restaurant wäre eine bessere Organisation wünschenswert und das beim Abendessen wenigstens eine Flasche Wasser inkl wäre. Housekeeping kam trotz bitte Nicht Stören Schild rein, das war nicht so schön. Personla war freundlich und sehr bemüht, manchmal sogar zu sehr

Das Hotel war wirklich gut. Es gibt nicht negatives zu berichten, außer das der Pool bereits um 18.00 Uhr abgesperrt wurde und erst ab 10.00 Uhr morgens wieder geöffnet wurde.

The bays for swimming and relaxing are great. It could however do with a few more sun shades and sunbeds by these bays. I also dislike the towels being left on sunbeds early in the morning - and the people not turning up until midday.

Amazing resort, very friendly and inviting staff beautiful grounds. Lots to do and see. Food was amazing. Great spot for my wife and I during our honeymoon will come back again for sure

It was the best choice for our last week in Greece, after 3 weeks trip around the country. Great facility, great food, great service. Perfect ground base to see Crete, as well. Free towels and sun beds (it was nice surprise after visiting Rhodes before)

Heerlijk verblijf van 17 nachten gehad op dit resort. Op de dag van de aankomst, bleken wij de eerste gasten van het nieuwe seizoen te zijn en kregen daardoor een gratis upgrade naar een suite met zeezicht. Gevulde koelkast en hele nette suite. Dat was met 2 kinderen een heerlijke verassing! Schoonmaakster kwam elke dag, elke dag schone handdoeken, een net schoon bed, dát was alleen al vakantie! Smorgens en savonds aanschuiven bij een heerlijk buffet met elke dag een ander thema. Super goed eten en ruime keuze! Accomodatie heeft een enorm aantal buiten en binnenzwembaden, prive strand en speeltuintjes. Een leuke kidsclub met lieve meiden. Enige minpuntje voor ons was het erg koude zwembad en gebrek aan bijvoorbeeld een glijbaantje of speelmogelijkheden in het zwembad. Wij hadden een huurauto en dat was erg fijn want er is niets op loopafstand vanuit het resort. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en ook mede door het enorm gastvrije en vriendelijke personeel.

Hôtel type années 1990, mais très bien entretenu, chambre un peu vieillotte mais propre et jardins superbes. Nourriture très correcte, cocktails all inclusive bien fournis (vins à table médiocres par contre). Nous avons eu une chambre le premier soir qui était très bruyante (on entend beaucoup les chambres d'à côté et les gens qui rentrent, l'insonorisation n'est pas terrible. Néanmoins, après demande, ils nous ont attribué une chambre très calme (petit bungalow) avec une vue mer extraordinaire. Les transats et le look en général mériteraient un bon relooking.

Notre séjour était très agréable pour une première fois dans ce genre de complexe hôtelier. Buffet diversifié avec des thématiques tous les jours. Petit déjeuner spécial pour les personnes intolérante au gluten ou au lactose. Spacieuse, agréable, très belle vue, literie correcte, mais mauvaise isolation de la chambre. Nous entendions les bruits extérieurs, des chambres voisines à côté et au dessus de la nôtre. Salle de douche correcte mais chasse d'eau des WC très bruyante. Nous avions loué une chambre water front. Le personnel est très accueillant, du personnel de nettoyage à l'accueil en passant par le service de table.

The property, room and staff were wonderful. The food, however, was not. Very limited options and on occasion not edible - mainly the chicken. Fish was mainly fine but they don't do a very good job deboning.

We really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful views, beautiful hotel, good food and enough variety, very friendly staff and the most amazing animation team. We arrived quite late at night and the check-in went smoothly and there was even the possibility to get something to eat at the restaurant. One thing that was a bit overwhelming was the amount of information during check-in (opening-closing hours of different restaurants and kiosk, beach towels, etc), especially late at night and after quite a long trip. But the staff kindly explained everything again the next morning and there are also timetables in the elevators and an activities schedule on the screen downstairs. Things we had some trouble with were the sharp edges of the fence around the football field (a hole in the ball and a crying kid after less than 20 minutes) and the loud noise you would hear when the neighbours flushed the toilet. That was something unexpected the first morning, but after that we got used to it. Despite the (to us small) inconveniences, we had a great holiday and we will definitely come back.
