From the moment we arrived to the hotel, the authentic care and attention to our needs was great.
The staff gave us a wonderful sense of comfort and welcome that was truly heart warming. Breathtaking views, delicious Greek food, super fun activities, impeccable service orientation, and amazing memories created that we will have with us always! The environment of the hotel is decent but the service is lagging behind. It happened to me that the reserved transportation was almost late for my ship and still charged me a lot (both to /from the hotel). Wont be back again.

O serviço do restaurante tanto o pessoal como os alimentos eh excelente , porém achei deselegante receber uma mensagem sobre o check out com 26 horas de antecedência e tb ao acordar horas antes ao saída aparecer uma mensagem de boas vindas ao novo hóspede com o nome deste . O enxoval tá envelhecido , sofás sujos e vaso sanitário precário . Não condiz com a paisagem e com uma suíte lua de mel

What a beautiful hotel. Lovely staff who look after you from the moment you arrive. Amazing setting. Stunning pool. The restaurants views are incredible with delicious food and friendly, professional staff. Situated in the heart of Oia which is just both enchanting and stunning. Highly recommend. Santorini is magical.

This was not of the standard of leading hotels. The paint on the walls was cracked; the shower floor needed work; the water pressure needs work. . The room was well kept; the breakfast was very good. The steps were problematic-not the number but the steepness and unevenness made going from one level to another very difficult
