Anastasia at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, as was all of the staff ! Everyone we encountered was courteous and always smiling. Would definitely recommend and hope to return sometime soon!

This hotel is beautiful to look at, very well looked after and presented. The adults only serenity is lost however in having the bar in the middle of the complex playing beach music all day long into the night, with people gathering around the pool right outside your room door and window. This is a fault of the design but I believe the staff did take action to improve things for guests

We were two families , came for four days.
The hotel staff was very friendly. However, a five star hotel should looks different. The hotel rooms and facilities are in poor condition. We change three rooms until we got a reasonable one,
The breakfast is good, and the hotel location is perfect. The hotel is it very big and it is lousy,

It was divine! One of the best places I’ve stayed at. And so convenient for the beach and restaurants and shopping. The pool was incredible and the service impeccable. Absolute heaven, we loved it.

Comfortable room with aircondition, good bed, cleaning every day, new towels every day.
Several swimming pools with sunbeds and towels.
Very good breakfast (gluten free bread and pastry choises should be more, bread available when asked but only one sort)
Hotel staff friendly and helpful.
For light sleepers the aeroplane noices could be too much, didn’t bother us.
