The location of the hotel is excellent, the hotel is very very near the port, is only 10 minutes walk. Although the facilities and the room are quite old , but it is enough for traveler to stay. As it is near the bus station too, it is very easy to get the bus to other area, such as chania.

The hotel location and services are wonderful. However, this hotel is not clean enough. I found some dirt on my kettle and table spoon in my room. The quilt is coarse and uncomfortable. It is indeed a three star hotel quality.

We stayed at the older wing of the hotel, the hardware is a bit worn out, eg the shower place doesn't have enough light, the lifts are small and old. But the cleaning and services are nice. View from balcony was gorgerous! We got a seaview room and enjoyed it very much! So glad that we met a very helpful receptionist. Breakfast was good, the glass and cups were a bit dirty though.

Hotel com boa localização. Perto do calçadão, Marina e Porto. Muito bom café da manhã. Elevador ruim, apertado e antigo. Banheiro pequeno. Sem box completo. Molha o piso. Área ao redor do hotel muito escura. Da um pouco de medo à noite. Bom custo/benefício.

The hotel was lovely. Our room was very spacious with a living area and bathroom (with shower) separated by a door from the bedroom with king size bed and another bathroom (with soaking tub). The only challenging part was parking.We had to illegally park to unload the car and then drive it down to the port parking lot. It was about a five minute walk back to the hotel.
Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side to enjoy the gorgeous spacious balcony that we had overlooking the harbor and the sea.
