Très bon hôtel, chambre spacieuse et agréable, près du port, la vue sur la mer est un plus qui nous a été proposé. Le Petit déjeuner est complet, sucré, salé délicieux. Accueil sympathique. Même si proche de l’aéroport aucun souci pour bien dormir la literie est bonne. Proche des restaurants et boutiques, l’hôtel est bien situé. Je recommande totalement cet hôtel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the hotel is very very near the port, is only 10 minutes walk. Although the facilities and the room are quite old , but it is enough for traveler to stay. As it is near the bus station too, it is very easy to get the bus to other area, such as chania.

The hotel location and services are wonderful. However, this hotel is not clean enough. I found some dirt on my kettle and table spoon in my room. The quilt is coarse and uncomfortable. It is indeed a three star hotel quality.

We stayed at the older wing of the hotel, the hardware is a bit worn out, eg the shower place doesn't have enough light, the lifts are small and old. But the cleaning and services are nice. View from balcony was gorgerous! We got a seaview room and enjoyed it very much! So glad that we met a very helpful receptionist. Breakfast was good, the glass and cups were a bit dirty though.

The hotel did not look like the photos online. The bathroom shower did not have a door so the entire bathroom was soaked after taking a shower. The hotel is a couple blocks away from the main shopping and dining areas and at night it felt unsafe to walk through the back alleys to get to the hotel.

Le pire logement ou nous ayons séjourné en Crête sur les 7 que nous avons fait, mis a part la vue et la localisation. - Censé être un 4 étoiles je lui en mettrai 2 - Personnel peu avenant - Se qualifie comme boutique hôtel, je n'y ai trouvé aucun détail faisant penser à cela - La propreté et l'état des chambres laisse à désirer, mauvaises odeurs provenant de la salle de bain, lames de parquet désolidarisées, moisissures sur les murs, salle de bain mal nettoyée - Mauvais Wifi - Petit déjeuner médiocre

The view from my room was amazing. The breakfast options were also good the only thing I would change is the music they put for breakfast, the playlist its too party like. The location is very good, super centric.

Nice enough place with easy walking into shopping and dining areas. Clean. Nice room and balcony. One of the things that I searched on was parking included and it’s not really. It’s on an incredibly busy street where you can’t even stop and parking is in a lot around the corner and cost about €22 for two nights.
