Great staff, great room, nice and clean, great location, you can go anywhere within 30 min walk. Breakfast is good, rooftop pool is amazing

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff…the rooftop pool is absolutely amazing. Chose to wake up here on my 50th birthday, and they went above and beyond to recognize it. Highly recommend staying with them, even though the neighborhood is a little gritty.

Lovely hotel and great staff. Only complaint would be that the rooftop is only open from 10.30am. As an early riser it would have been nice to sit up there and or swim earlier in the day. You also cannot use the pool from 6.30pm and after a long day of exploring Athens it would be nice to be able to have a quick cool off in the pool.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, within walking distance to many interesting areas. The hotel itself was clean and modern, with helpful and friendly staff. Would certainly stay here again if we were ever to visit Athens another time.

Very clean and confortable. The.staff was great at checkin and took the time to point items of interest out on the map as well as answer any questions.

We only stayed one night before our cruise to the Greek islands, Turkey and Malta, but the hotel was in a great location, the rooms were lovely, and we spent time at the rooftop pool and bar and had dinner at Cafe Mondo which was excellent! Great property!

Nice, clean property! Central area!

The hotel was reasonably priced for the style and location of the hotel. Omonia is not the best area of town but totally doable and safe for two girls. I have been to Athens many times so knew this already. It was a comfortable stay. The bathroom was more traditional style and a bit dated but it was clean and a good size. The rooftop was very nice. I was disappointed in the service there. We had ordered lunch. They brought one entree with a missing ingredient and they didn’t bring the other entree until well after the first one was finished. I did express politely the disappointment. No offer for compensation was made. Also for two days we were there they never followed up with us if we wanted anything even after getting up and getting the menu ourselves. Minor stuff though and overall I would recommend the hotel.

The surrounding area is not very nice. Lots of graffiti all over neighboring buildings. The hotel itself was very nice and accommodating.

Upon check-in, the reception staff was amazing. We were early so they held our luggage. Very easy process. The pool hours are limited. We had dinner on the rooftop. We were disappointed in the menu choices and the view of the Acropolis was not as expected. The morning buffet breakfast was good. The rooms were very clean. We felt that the room was not worth the amount we paid.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location isn’t ideal, but it’s only about a 10-minute taxi ride from the Acropolis, which is convenient enough for sightseeing. The room was comfortable and clean, though it would have been nice to have complimentary water provided. The rooftop pool area is definitely a highlight — it’s a great spot to relax and offers a beautiful view of the Acropolis. The gym could use some improvement considering the hotel’s category. The equipment is high-quality but very limited: just dumbbells, treadmills, and a stationary bike. The only multifunction machine was unfortunately out of service during my stay. Breakfast was okay, but not quite up to the standard you’d expect for the hotel’s level and the price of the stay. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They even allowed a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, a decent stay with some standout features and a few areas for improvement.
