Appart’hotel à fuire si vous souhaitez dormir ! Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet appart’hôtel et nous n’avons pas fermé l’œil de la nuit. . À quelques mètres des chambres, se trouve une discothèque, nous entendons la musique dans la chambre comme si nous y étions. Les clients sont irrespectueux, hurlent toute la nuit et mettent la musique dans leur chambre sans que cela ne dérange le personnel. . Notre chambre était à 2 pas de la piscine et du bar, nous n’avions aucune intimité et même la journée, la chambre était bruyante. . À notre arrivée le gérant nous précise que nous devons régler la somme de 8€ par jour pour la climatisation alors que l’annonce précise bien que la climatisation est disponible sans supplément. . Enfin nous avons dû régler une taxe de séjour de 2€ par jour, en liquide et sans aucun reçu ou justificatif.

De studio , zwembad zijn heel netjes. ‘s nachts veel lawaai door de uitgangsplaatsen in de hoofdstraat, ook aan het hotel zelf , in de namiddag, te luide muziek, altijd dezelfde, ondanks mijn vraag om wat meer variatie, en minder luid . » ik moest maar een andere hotel kiezen. »

C’était parfait, juste le bruit pour dormir qui rends l’expérience moins agréable. Mais tout le reste était parfait. Les femmes de ménages sont adorables et passent tout les 2 jours Très moderne. Rien a dire

Totally misleading advert. 8 Euro per day for aircon! 20 Euro to use the safe! WiFi extremely slow, mobile phone often slow in the area. Friendliness so so.

Me and my friend came for the nice beach and clubbing and found this hotel to be extremely friendly, quiet, and close to everything. We definitely recommend especially considering the price

Decent studios and great location. Friendly family owned business. Downsides: We had to pay for the air con to be turned on which was ridiculous. They charge a nightly rate We payed for breakfast on the first day but it’s not worth it, much better off going outside and finding great places for the same price or cheaper. Otherwise not a bad little place.

Amazing. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Air conditioning was not included despite the fact that it clearly states it is included in the room (7 euros/day to be paid extra). No shampoo and WiFi was very slow. The room was clean, new and the bed were comfortable but I don't think I'll ever come back here again with the current management: the first night, the owner started yelling at us and making a scene as if we were kids because she noticed we were about walk to my room with friends and 3 more people from the hotel - we just wanted to chill there since the bar and pool area were closed/off-limits. After trying to talk to her (seriously, I paid for the room and my friends did too), she kept yelling at us so we desisted and left the property. The following days the owner didn't even greet us in the morning. Extremely poor service and definitely not the excellent treatment you usually get in Greece and that we got in every other hotel during our stay.

Schönes Hotel , super Pool. Da man sowieso denn ganzen Tag unterwegs ist optimal gewesen. Leider ziemlich laut gewesen da es direkt hinter der Partymeile lag ( wo trotz corona ordentlich gefeiert wurde) Super tolle und liebe Mitarbeiter, tolle Leiterin!

Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours. Ceci était parfait. Toutefois, les femmes de ménage se présentent même lorsque vous êtes présent et n'attendent pas votre départ...

The owners are very friendky and try to give you the best service what they can. Cleaning every day the rooms. Good tavernas in the oldtown of malia. With a car you could ride outside to the beaches and away from thr party zone. Thanks for the nice time. D and P

We asked the property for a transfer from the airport so the driver came to pick us up with his new Mercedes van amazingly comfortable. When we arrived to Mirage the owner welcomed us with a Raki drink and later send us to our room. The room is really new and very clean, with a super comfortable bed, small kitchen -perfectly equipped for breakfast or lunch. Whatever we needed we were able to ask for and everybody was so helpful, in this 10 days we almost felt like a part of it, because everybody makes You feel so comfortable. There is a garden with a beautiful big pool which we enjoyed in the morning during coffee time. Never too crowded , You could really relax and enjoy it fully. The location is perfect, in the heart of Malia, a few steps from everything needed (shops, pharmacy,restaurants,bars,beach, rent a car)... Thanks again to all the staff, it was a pleasure to stay at Mirage Studios, and we would recommend it every time.
