Property is in fantastic shape. Very friendly staff and a large variety of pools and activities. Lots of food variety although taste could be improved. Expensive resort but worth the price.

The hotel staff was so courteous and it was really a great stay.

Great range of pools, bars, snacks and restaurants.

Property seems very kid friendly, which is nice, but as we did not bring our children this trip, it was loud and overwhelming with kids running all over. Often difficult to get spots at the pool as well. We almost decided to go next door to the Nana Princess instead. Food was pretty good. Facilities have plumbing issues given the smells in the bathroom. Was not pleasant. Good value but not luxury. Live and learn

L’hôtel est en parfait état et très confortable. Le personnel est vraiment charmant. La plage est franchement petite pour tout le monde et surtout avec les activités nautiques incessantes. Reste bien sûr l’impolitesse des clients qui réservent les transats dès le matin ou qui laissent hurler leur progéniture à côté de vous alors qu’ils sont à une table à 20 mètres … mais ça l’hôtel n’y peut pas grand-chose.

Excellent place, very suitable for kids and toddlers, breakfast and dinner can get super busy but the staff are doing marvelous jobs, special thank to Christina from the main restaurant (Artemis) and the elegant Aphrodite We have tried the ala carts restaurant which was good as well , thalasso restaurant Christina was very fun and helpful

A fortunate 1 week all inclusive stay here right before the prices went up in May on the beautiful island of Crete was a good choice. Only 20 or so minutes from Heraklion Airport, checked in with friendly staff and loaded onto a buggy with luggage to our sea view room. The views are spectacular from the room and most of the resort which in itself is visually stunning. Room was large with lots of storage, comfy bed, fantastic shower, minibar with some free soft drinks, water and snacks. Cleaned very well every day. It’s high end here, looks immaculate and is ‘Disney’ spotlessly clean everywhere. Lots of pools, some quieter than others with sunbeds and towel pools from your room. Towels are changeable from the pools. The hotel is large, well set out and spacious. All inclusive is plus plus. You can eat or drink somewhere 24 hours a day/night. You will never be far from the nearest bar/snacks. The main restaurant is plentiful with lots of options, all served to you from behind a glass counter. Most servers are great but one was intent on providing sub baby portions! Some options attract larger queues. But the food/drink is of a high standard. Waiters bring the drinks and are highly efficient and the floor manager is very friendly and helpful.

Sehr gute Auswahl an Essen. Privater Strand mit angelegter kleiner Bucht, hervorragend zum Baden mit kleinen Kindern. Hotelanlage sehr großräumig.

The most amazing staff, friendly and so very accommodating in every way. The offers for kids are incredible, my son was out playing football and basketball with a group of friends every day. The Main restaurant has a good variety and the Stak restaurant was very good. We cannot wait to go back. My one critique would be that the food at the other two restaurants were mediocre but we did not get to trymany of the options.

Hotelli oli positiivinen yllätys, vaikka tiesimme hyvät arvostelut etukäteen. All inclusive sopi lomailuun mainiosti ja mikä parasta, hyviä makuja löytyi lautaselle pääravintolan buffetistä herkutteluun asti niin ettei teemaravintoloissa käyty ollenkaan. Mereen rajautuva hotellin alue uima-altaineen on siisti ja viihtyisä. Varmasti lomaillaan täällä uudestaan. Hotelli on noin 20 min taximatkan päässä lentokentästä.

Oui un cadre agréable.un service top. Un kids club de qualité. Un personnel très accueillant, souriant et disponible. Un seul bémol : le niveau du wifi qui est très faible et se coupe en permanence dans les chambres.

Bel établissement avec confort pour les familles. Les buffets sont généreux, le personnel adorable. Un bémol pour l’attitude des touristes qui mobilisent les transats par leurs serviettes dès le petit dej.

This was a jewel! It has everything for all ages definitely a great family vacation resort that accommodates each individual wants and joys. They didn’t disappoint and out did themselves with excellence and friendly staff. Ritsa in guest relations has passion in making your vacation a memorable one. An amazing resort amazing servies very kids friendly everything is clean the cleanest I've ever seen in an hotel. The stuff was nice and kind they really deserve all the best opinions. And the resort is gorgeous. We will definitely will come back.
