The lounge offered a very culturally diverse breakfast bar or you could order from the breakfast menu as part of the included breakfast. The staff was out of their way helpful, and they are able to help with booking a car or other excursions on the island of Crete. They responded to all of our requests with grace, kindness and over the top accommodation. It is just outside of Chania city so quieter with big city comforts.

Honestly this hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff friendly very polite and explainable. Material was amazing though-out the whole experience. She explained how to get and come back with bus. 10/10 I recommend it.

This is not a residence but a hotel. Unfortunately I made the mistake of booking for one person and when we arrived as two, they charged an extra €45 per night, which is quite unreasonable. The hotel is located in an industrial port area, with trucks passing all day long. The balcony is unusable due to constant noise and cruise ship fumes. During our entire trip, this was by far the most expensive hotel and the least magical experience we had. I would only recommend it if you are taking the cruise, otherwise look elsewhere

Every single member of staff we met were extremely professional, kind and friendly. Everyone made the effort to greet us and welcome us. The hotel facilities are fabulous, we loved our room; so luxurious and spotlessly clean! The breakfast in the morning was delicious!

Very nice hotel, breakfast could have a lot more options to offer, it was the same thing each day and the hotel is located in odd area. One side you have an industrial factory and the other side the port. I guess it’s ideal for those that are getting on a cruise, but not ideal for those who want a ‘nice’ view and local to things. You’d have to hire a car or commute to get to where you get to. Other than that, lovely stay.

Das Hotel, das gesamte Personal und auch die Zimmer, sind wirklich zu empfehlen. Wirklich sehr guter Service, leckeres Frühstück und alles Top. Die Umgebung ist allerdings sehr laut, durch den den Hafenbetrieb, die Kreuzfahrtschiffe und auch einige Autos, die auf der Straße Rennen gefahren sind in der Nacht. Daher bekommt die Unterkuft weniger Punkte.

Very nice hotel, with great interior decor. The included breakfast was among the best I ever had. Not only a large buffet selection but a a la carte menu to boot. The location is close to restaurants. But you are also close to the docks so it can be a little noisy.

Séjour très agréable. Très bon accueil et prise en charge surtout par Katharina. Propreté impeccable. Beau décor et très bonne situation.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. There are both a bus line and a ferry that are easily accessible. The hotel is located in a walkable area with restaurant options, little stores, bakeries, etc. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious, although more low carb options would be a great addition. I found it to be very clean and well kept. The property does not have a public pool, but there are wonderful beaches not too far of a drive away. They do have one upscale suite that has a small private pool. I really like this property, and the staff really makes this the very best place in my opinion. The owner of this property also owns other locations, some in the heart of Chania, if you like being in the city. If you call this property and tell them what you are looking for, they will do their very best to find the best accommodations for you at one of their properties. I love these people! I will continue to be a patron of theirs.

My stay was amazing! Room was fantastic with a seaside view. Very nice appliances. Comfy bed. Waterfall shower. The onsite restaurant was so delicious! Truly everything was made to perfection. The cocktails were great too! Super friendly and assisting staff. The lady at the front desk even gave us a quick tour upon check in.
