Excellent hotel with great facilities. Staff outstanding. My family stayed there for 10 days and we enjoyed every minute.I would recomend Rethymno Hotel and Water Park to anyone. We will definitely visit again.

Superbe sejour entre amis au Rethymno Mare Hotel. Bel hôtel, beaucoup d'installations, et surtout un service 5 étoiles avec des équipes à la fois très professionnelles tout en restant très amicale. Un grand merci à l'équipe d'animation et à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel qui a été adorable avec nous tout au long de notre séjour (spéciale dédicace à Franck et à Nikos ) !

Das Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen! Es ist deutlich runtergewohnt, man bemerkt überall dass es die beste Zeit hinter sich hat, sei es bei den Bädern oder beim Essen, es wird sehr gespart. Dazu ist die komplette Animation auf französische vom Lookea Club! Andere Gäste werden hier ausgegrenzt, selbst bei Nachfrage bei der Animation wurde uns gesagt dass die Animation keine Erlaubnis hat, anders sprachige Kinder zu betreuen. Am Abend keine Internationale Unterhaltung, nur französisch.Der Strand ist verheerend, es wird nicht auf Hege und Pflege geachtet, der Strand ist voller Schlamm von Wasserpflanzen und Geröll und Steinen. Dazu nicht in direkter Lage sondern über eine unsicherem Weg und Unterführung unter der Autobahn. Einzig gut war das nette Personal an den Bars und Restaurant. Die Rezeption sehr reservierter Eindruck. Es gibt 2 Restaurants, wobei das eine nur 1x pro Woche genutzt werden darf. Da das Hotel so abgelegen und der Strand vor Ort so furchtbar, haben wir uns lokal ein Auto gemietet, um etwas vom Urlaub zu retten und auswärts die Zeit genießen. Wir werden dieses Hotel niemals wieder besuchen.

Hotellet er lettere slidt og især maden var for ensformigt med sammenkogte retter de fleste dage uden den store variation. Hotellet ligger ikke i gåafstand til restauranter, hvorfor de fleste gæster vil vælge all inclusive. Drikkevand på værelset skulle betales særskilt, hvilket ikke var tilfredsstillende. Poolen var fin og personalet var også flinke og imødekommende. Bedst egnet til børnefamilier med små børn og ikke som os med teenager. Slidt tennisbane og ikke noget fitnessrum.

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement. La situation est très bonne pour découvrir cette magnifique île. L’établissement est très bien entretenu, les piscines parfaites, la restauration et le bar excellent. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique. Cet hôtel a vraiment été une belle découverte pour nous. Le seul bémol que je peux noter c’est que notre chambre ne faisait pas partie de celle ayant été rénovée. La décoration était datée et pas de douche mais une baignoire. Cependant, la literie est excellente et la chambre plutôt bien équipée. La vue mer à 180 degrés fait le reste !

Hotel itself is very lovely and staff very attentive. We had superior room with big balcony and sun loungers. Cocktails in the bar like margarita and mohito we amazing and included in AI!! However there are no 2 restaurants or a la carte as advertised, but we heard they will open Cretan restaurant by the top pool. Private beach is not what you expect at all, unfortunately it's dirty and very very small and to get in the water you need special shoes as pebbles and rocks hurt your feet otherwise. Also beach and hotel divides by a main road & noise from trucks and buses whilst you by the pool do annoy sometimes. If you expect just to stay at the hotel then it's the right place to go, but if you like the white sand beach destination, then it's not for you!!

Bel hôtel magnifiquement entretenu. Calme, reposant et le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute. Un peu loin des commerces.

A nice and pleasant stay with a very good view of the sea and excellent service! the cable TV lacking English channels but you have plenty of things to do in the hotel and out - Crete is wonderful

Hotel itself is very lovely and staff very attentive. We had superior room with big balcony and sun loungers. Cocktails in the bar like margarita and mohito we amazing and included in AI!! However there are no 2 restaurants or a la carte as advertised, but we heard they will open Cretan restaurant by the top pool. Private beach is not what you expect at all, unfortunately it's dirty and very very small and to get in the water you need special shoes as pebbles and rocks hurt your feet otherwise. Also beach and hotel divides by a main road & noise from trucks and buses whilst you by the pool do annoy sometimes. If you expect just to stay at the hotel then it's the right place to go, but if you like the white sand beach destination, then it's not for you!!
