The staff were very nice ,a smile everytime they approached you make a big difference.

We stayed 7 days at the Savus boutique hotel and it was perfect in all points! The room was very classy and well equipped. Cleaning is made on a daily basis and perfect (towel could be change everyday if wished). The continental breakfast allows you to discover each day Greek and European pastries as well as a different egg dish is prepared every day. A special thanks To Dimitris for his professionalism as well as his generosity. He truly made these holidays specials! We strongly recommend this location!

Demitris is an exceptional reception staff! He made our stay incredible with his warm smile, attentiveness and enthusiasm! The place is very modern and clean. We got upgraded to a suit and it was absolutely amazing! My sons had their regular room, but that was also very nice! There is no parking, but you really don’t need one here as you are within walking about 4-8 mins distance to all the amazing restaurants and shops! The view from this hotel is exceptional!

I can’t praise this place enough. Fantastic location, fantastic staff, fantastic rooms, and fantastic food. The staff are some of the kindest and most service-minded I’ve ever encountered, they made the stay an absolute pleasure. The rooms are modern and beautiful, the cleanliness was outstanding and the breakfast was amazing. If I ever return to Crete, this will be the place I stay. 100%.

The NICEST place we stayed at in Crete! We stayed in the Superior Room with a private hot tub on the balcony, and it was LUXURIOUS. An INCREDIBLE unobstructed view, only matched by the shared view from the breakfast area in the lobby as you enter Savus. But what really made our stay incredible was Dimitris, who greeted us at check-in and worked at the front desk in the evenings. Such a warm, funny and delightful person to chat with - he walked us through every element of our room, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We only wish we could've stayed longer!

Very modern, clean, small hotel with a wonderful location just 10 mins from the center. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Paid parking available across the street at the marina, free parking further away. The room had everything. The view of the harbor is gorgeous. Great location to access various beaches to the south but you can also walk to the beaches of Rethymno in 5 mins. I would definitely recommend.

Great location, great view wonderful staff

Wonderful one night stay in good location. The guy on reception couldn’t have been more helpful, gave us a complimentary drink (non alcoholic) and then showed us to our room. He went through everything in fine detail from how tv worked to air conditioning controls. Great rain shower. Usual facilities in room. Breakfast was really good, the chef cooks a different egg dish each day. Ours was poached eggs cooked the Greek way. Nice touch. There is no parking on site, but free parking is available at the port/marina nearby. Make sure you park on the far side where the white lines are. Overall great stay and would recommend.

We‘ve enjoyed our vacation at this Hotel very much. It has a great location right across the Harbor. We had a beautiful view from our balcony over the Harbor and the City of Rethymnon and the old Fortress. We also enjoyed the whirlpool on our balcony.

Ganz tolles und neues Hotel mit wunderbaren Menschen, die dort arbeiten und sich so gut um die Gäste kümmern!!! Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Leider ist schlafen mit offenem Fenster für uns nicht möglich gewesen, weil es doch eine recht Leute Gegend ist. Aber Klimaanlage und Ventilator funktionieren gut;-)

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage zwischen Altstadt und Strand war perfekt. Die Zimmer waren neu und modern eingerichtet.

Merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel, ultra propre, chambre spacieuse, jolie décoration, personnel au top, parfaitement situé. Tout était parfait, je recommande

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Besonders die Schaltfläche für Beleuchtung und Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und ist praktisch. Außerdem geben sich die sehr netten Putzfrauen jeden Tag größte Mühe, die Zimmer ordentlich zu halten. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal können wir ebenfalls nur loben, unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, egal ob es um ein organisatorisches Anliegen oder eine nette Unterhaltung geht, man wird ausführlich und unvoreingenommen beraten bzw. behandelt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, zum Strand sind es ein paar Meter, zur Altstadt ist es aber dadurch nicht so weit zu laufen. Von da aus kein Problem. Wir können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden definitiv nur hierhin gehen, sollten wir nochmal nach Rethymno kommen :)

Ive stayed at countless hotels for work and nothing compares to here. From start to finish there was not one issue, got upgraded to a suite, stunning room immaculate views amazing location, breakfast was incredible and the staff had character and charm. I'll happily book this place when I next come to rethymno. What I will say though is if you get a room with a hot tub turn it on before you leave for dinner it takes about 3 hours to heat up. me and my partner left it till really late and didn't get to enjoy it till 2am 😅

The Savus Boutique Hotel was perfect. The service and attentiveness by Lucia, Alexandria, and Gianni’s? Were great. Perfect size, big enough to be a full business- small enough for personal attention. English is spoken by staff. Breakfast on the large patio is perfect for several guests at a time, and the food was a great combo of cold and hot dishes plus prepared eggs! Location is right at the line between old town and the newer section. We will stay there again if our travels take us to Crete.
