Very beautiful stay . Extremely well managed hotel and very clean. Would return without a second thought.

Good food Wine not great Beer was ok Cocktails, spirits and ice creams, crisps not included in all inclusive snack bar Kids were happy with food and drink though Apartment clean and had all we need with beautiful views of the sea from balcony which we all loved. It was fair distance 20 mins from Chania and taxis did pick us up and drop us off but wait was half an hour late for drop off and long wait in unorganised queues to get back, but was do able. It was good but mainly to stay in hotel and relax for few days

Fantastisk hotell med fin utsikt! Hotellet ligger litt langt unna Platanias og vi hadde allinclusive men det varer bare fra 10 til 21, og det er kun inkludert lokal øl/vin og brus + frokost/lunsj/middag. Dette burde vært informert om på forhånd. Stranden inneholdt også mye stein som gjorde det ubehagelig å gå ned til vannet.

Das Personal und die Unterkunft war hervorragend. Ohne Auto würde ich es nicht empfehlen, wenn man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen möchte.

Parfait! Personnel très compétent et gentil. Bonne nourriture. Très beau site. Très belle chambre. Voilà!

Struttura piccola ditata di tutti i confort, camere molto grandi, cibo buono, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. La struttura gode di una buona posizione per visitare le piu belle spiagge di creta.

Jag hade utifrån priset och recensionerna förväntat mig mer av hotellet. Rummet jag fick var fint men ac:n gjorde inte rummet särskilt kallt. Jag påtalade detta för dom men dom menade att det inte kan bli kallt i rummet. Smaksak antar jag. Saknade även schampoo/balsam som det stod skulle finnas. Maten var riktigt dålig. Väldigt mycket samma mat och smaken var ingen höjdare. Det blev en grekisk sallad till varje måltid för den var god. Gav upp efter en dag på att äta middag på hotellet så gick till restauranger, finns några bra i närheten. Poolområden var däremot jätte fina och du är väldigt nära stranden. Skulle dessvärre varken rekommendera eller åka tillbaka hit.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter l’ouest de la Crête. Très calme, sur le bord de mer. Personnel accueillant et serviable.

hotel tres propres. malhereusement les cocktails ne sont pas incluent dans le all inclusive. la plage est agitée et sale. il faut absolument une voiture pour voir d autres bonnes plages.

The place is clean, the staff are very helpful, the food is pretty good but not so much variation; there was a repetition of choice between fish, chicken and pork and no sign of lamb or beef dishes. The two swimming pools were amazing and clean. If you chose this place you only have two options; stay there all the time or have a car. There are local buses that run frequently but there is a 10-15 minutes walk to the bus stop and part of the journey is through a very dark road at nights. Overall, we had a relaxing holiday.

We had a lovely stay At Silver Beach! Pros: Staff is incredible! Friendly, helpful, definitely striving to please their guests Property is impeccable! Extremely well maintained and clean. Pools are gorgeous! Beach front is beautiful with nice lounge chairs and umbrellas. Updated rooms, comfortable beds! Cons: Hotel is somewhat isolated. About 15 min bus ride from Platanias and 30 from Chania. The bus system is quite clean, efficient and inexpensive for transportation but the hotel is about 1/2 mile walk to the closest bus station and they provide no shuttle of any kind. Beach is rocky so it’s not ideal for swimming. Ok so the food- Only one restaurant. It’s pretty decent but variety is not too exciting. The restaurant is only open for set dining hours. No snack bars or anything else in between other than chips and cookies available at the pool bar. All inclusive also does not anything but beer, basic wine. No hard alcohol drinks included or snacks. I was up early every morning and coffee is not available until 8:00 am. I did go into the lobby and Irini would make me espresso which was kind of her. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. I am just mentioning things we kinda had to figure out but the staff and property is so amazing it really makes it a lovely hotel!

Super dejligt sted lige på stranden med flotteste udsigt over havet. Der var rent og servicen og maden var god. Eneste minus var kaffen og juicen, det kunne de godt opgradere lidt. Området var ret stille, men det er bare dejligt hvis man vil slappe af.

Im Juni haben wir 11 Tage unseren Urlaub im Hotel "Silverbeach" genossen. Eine wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit. Wir haben uns von der ersten Stunde an, wie Zuhause gefühlt. Sehr nettes, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Die Zimmer waren sauber, es mangelte an nichts. Der kilometerlange Strand lud zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen ein. Dieses Hotel kann man nur empfehlen wenn man keine "Ballermannatmosphäre" sucht.

I have nut allergy, I was looked after very well. At breakfast, lunch and dinner the lady in the restaurant would walk me through everything on the buffet explaining what I could and could not eat. A lovely relaxing stay.

Väldigt bra och mysigt hotel. Städningen var absolut toppklass och personalen väldigt trevliga och service inriktade.

Un bel accueil. Un oasis de paix en bordure de la plage. Nous avons adoré le restaurant Little Paradise à 2 pas de l'hôtel.

The hotel is rated 4* and that is something one should expect however once there, every aditional day gives you a better feeling. Atmoshpehere is very relaxed, all the staff is extremelly friendly and helpful, location for a family cannot be better. Since our teenage kids gave the final rate, this was a definite 5 for us.

Das Hotel diente uns als Basis für Ausflüge mit dem Mietwagen auf Kreta. Es war hierfür exzellent geeignet.
