Staff are friendly Great breakfast Super nice location

Although the room is clean, free toiletries meant only ONE SINGLE SOAP. The host wasn’t friendly as well.

Perfekte Lage in Oia. Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt Tips was man unbedingt gesehen haben muss und wo die besten Spots sind. Besonders von der Suite ist der Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang perfekt. Sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig.

Kostas was very kind and responsive. He always took the time to recommend places for us to see, eat, etc. Thanks to him it was an easy check in and check out. Our hotel room was very clean and spacious. Our cleaning lady Lia, was very sweet. She kept our room tidy and even helped us carry out our luggage to the car. Highly recommend staying at the Arches!!!

We had an awesome stay. Kosta was a super host who made sure we were well taken care of from check in to check out. The room was nice and clean. It was in the heart of things and everything was accessible. The only downside was that there was not a smart tv in the room. But all in all we would stay there again and recommend to other guests. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at The Arches. The location is fantastic—just a 3-minute walk from iconic landmarks like the Three Domes viewpoint, and surrounded by plenty of excellent restaurants and cafes. It’s perfectly situated for exploring the heart of Oia. The host was incredibly communicative and welcoming—a true example of Greek hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful local tips and always being available when we had questions. One of the absolute highlights was the private jacuzzi with a stunning ocean view. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was pure magic—peaceful, beautiful, and unforgettable. It added such a special touch to our stay. Highly recommend The Arches if you’re looking for comfort, a prime location, and a warm, authentic experience in Santorini.
