The service is acceptably well. The main problem is about the room. The shower head was broken which was replaced the next day. The room was filled with paint smell which is barely tolerable and it affects our sleep much, but they could not offer change of room as they said the rooms were fully booked. You will need to walk through stairs to hotel with faeces of donkey but anyway there are donkey faeces on roads everywhere in Santorini and it is not related to the hotel. Besides they are great enough to help you to carry your luggage down and up the stairs. Another minor point is that we only got two sets of ham for breakfast while we have 3 people (other items have 3 sets). The reason is not known. Overall the experience is fair and we would have a higher expectation from a four star hotel.

I love this hotel. It very clean and nice with amazing room. The staff delivered breakfast to your room and it a plus that the hotel is near all shopping area. I will definitely book this hotel again.

This place is so charming and well situated. The hospitality is wonderful, and Vanessa is the sweetest ever! We wish we had stayed here longer, but we hope to be back. Such a great experience, even as short as it was.

Super location and staff, would have been excellet if there were some hot breakfast items and if someone available to take us to the hotel since located on the hillside down. It was difficult to find.

Great view

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, just a short walk to restaurants, cafes, and shops. The room was clean, and had everything we needed, the breakfast were amazing. The staff were polite and always ready to help. Overall, I’d happily stay here again.

amazing place the best view close to everything

We had the most beautiful balcony view which captured the sunset every evening . Also super space for cruise watching . There was never a dull moment from the vistas on the balcony . While Fira might be generally busy with tourists and people coming and going , once you closed the shutters and windows in the room , it was very quiet for a holiday hot spot . Breakfast was delivered every morning which was great and was eaten on the balcony . Bed very comfortable , Tv ( not turned on at all ) Pod coffee machine , great bathroom with good shower , plenty of towels , mini bar and welcome treats , we also had a hot-tub but that was extra but a nice treat in the evenings . Staff both on welcome and leaving were very friendly , accommodating , informative and really seemed to enjoy sharing information and making sure our stay was memorable . I would stay here again and I would recommend to family and friends .
