The service is acceptably well. The main problem is about the room. The shower head was broken which was replaced the next day. The room was filled with paint smell which is barely tolerable and it affects our sleep much, but they could not offer change of room as they said the rooms were fully booked. You will need to walk through stairs to hotel with faeces of donkey but anyway there are donkey faeces on roads everywhere in Santorini and it is not related to the hotel. Besides they are great enough to help you to carry your luggage down and up the stairs. Another minor point is that we only got two sets of ham for breakfast while we have 3 people (other items have 3 sets). The reason is not known. Overall the experience is fair and we would have a higher expectation from a four star hotel.

The view from the hotel was amazing. It is a bit of hike down the stairs but that is not surprising being on the side of the mountain. The staff helped get us ferry transport to the hotel and back to the port. It isn’t too far from the shopping and food areas. The breakfast was simple and incredible. Fresh breads, fruit, hard boiled eggs, meat, tomatoes, Greek yogurt. Worth the wait until 8:30 to get a wonderful breakfast with a view. Enough to feed multiple people. The cave rooms were beautiful. Damp at first until you get the air conditioner going but a very nice stay. Highly recommend.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Bathroom has poor ventilation, even with the fan on, so had to use something to prop the door open to let the air dry out. Clean room. We had a great view of the sunset from our balcony. You have quite an up and down trek, so be prepared. The uber driver was supposed to call them to have someone help with the luggage, so we got quite the workout. We got help when we checked out though, so that was good.

We loved our stay at Hotel Thireas! The staff was fantastic, helpful and friendly and the hotel is in a great location. The view from our balcony was picturesque, and we loved eating our delicious breakfast there every morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Fira!

Great location in Fira. Clean room, great view of caldera from our balcony. Pool on the same level. Outdoor table and chairs and 2 sun lounges. Small fridge with minibar. Aircon but didn’t use. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and bar of soap. Good hair dryer. John organised our taxi from airport and met us to help with suitcase.

We were there very early in the season and as it was quite chilly out would have liked the outdoor hot tub to have been on. Both staff and continental breakfast were excellent!

Fantastic location - near everything you typically need, very helpful staff, beautiful views, tasty breakfast served in room, clean and private bathroom with adequate space, and balcony with caldera and sea view. Highly recommended!!

Breathtaking place! The staff ( Gorge and John )were incredibly supportive and kind, and the location is perfect , close to everything in the area. I only wish I had the chance to book a room with a hot tub. The breakfast and cleanliness were amazing. I truly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back ❤️

Wonderful hotel. Very central to everything. Staff was knowledgeable on things to do. View for the sunsets was amazing. Walked to Oia from the hotel.

The service by the front desk manager Vanessa; she was super friendly, helpful and available! The room very very clean and comfortable. Nice view and great shower. The soundproofing was so good I never heard a noise from any other room when they were inside their rooms, which I appreciate because I’m a light sleeper. And definitely can’t forget the breakfast because it was huge and had a fantastic variety of everything I could want. I also liked that I could make tea and coffee in the room and there were lots of shelving and closets to put stuff.

This is a perfect spot in Fira. The sea view room is worth the upgrade with more space and a beautiful view. I haven’t had the continental breakfast delivered to our room during other island stays which was a treat! Very filling and enough to make sandwiches for my husband and I for an afternoon snack. The receptionist, Vanessa was so helpful in having a car delivered to us along with giving us guidance on the best places to see. We enjoyed such as exploring the ruins of Akrotiri to the wine museum and exploring Oia. The 10k hike from Fira to Oia was amazing despite the wind and rain.

We LOVED this place! Vanessa was amazing and the breakfast they provided was really good. If we ever come back to Santorini, we will stay here

I love this hotel. It very clean and nice with amazing room. The staff delivered breakfast to your room and it a plus that the hotel is near all shopping area. I will definitely book this hotel again.

This place is so charming and well situated. The hospitality is wonderful, and Vanessa is the sweetest ever! We wish we had stayed here longer, but we hope to be back. Such a great experience, even as short as it was.
