Vi kom med ferge fra 14 dagers øyhopping i Sporadene til med ferge til Volos, og Volos Palace Hotel føltes som den reneste luksus. Stort toalett, dusj og badekar, alt som hører til av toalettsaker inkludert tannbørster. Vi hadde rom i 5. etasje med både balkong og altan og utsikt over havnen. Hele hotellet var velholdt og alle ting fungerte, servisen var upåklagelig, alt er langt over forventning, og det til en veldig gunstig pris... da blir en fornøyd! Og på toppen av det hele var det en meget velassortert og god buffe frokost med varme og kalde retter.

Everything was amazing except the loud noises from the heating or central air conditioning ? at night, had to wear ear plugs to sleep

As always, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the ease of parking, and the proximity to the center where you can walk make Volos Palace our favorite.

Nice hotel & large rooms

The hotel is located within walking distance of the Volos port which makes it very convenient for grabbing an early ferry or spending an evening walking the area. There is parking available for hotel guests. Good value for money.

Friendly hospitable staff, free breakfast!

No internet on the upper floors (works well in the looby and up to the third floor). Maintenance needs to be improved. (Air conditioner did not work, the door lock did not work, and the shower holder were broken). Not suitable for a 4 star hotel.

Nice short escape with family for Christmas

Very Good 4 star centrally located Hotel. Clean and comfortable bedding. Breakfast was great and onsite free Parking parking was handy.

Had a pleasant 1-night stay here before our ferry to Skiathos and Skopelos and will stay again for 1 night upon return. These are our second and third stays. Check-in fast and friendly; thank you for delivering my package. Room very nice and in good condition, very close to port and Galanos Tsipiuradiko (recommend you go there). Only issue was our ferry departed at 7:30am. We asked in the weeks and months ahead, and again the day we checked in if we could please have something for breakfast either early or to take away. The clerk assured us at check-in “My colleagues will help you at 6:50am.” When we arrived at the restaurant there was one man eating breakfast and we thought all would be ok. The restaurant staff told us “the restaurant opens at 7am. That man arranged to have breakfast early!” We thought we had also, but it wasn’t the case. Luckily this is still low season so we could have a quick bowl of yogurt and a coffee at 7am and were out the door at 7:10 for our ferry. Everything else is great. Parking is convenient across the street. Looking forward to returning this week.

Nice clean hotel serving an excellent breakfast buffet. Staff were kind and helpful. There are limited dining options where we walked to look for dinner. However when you walk further along the harbour, there are lots of options. We misunderstood directions.

Building looks great very close to the port and restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic.

Bra läge nära centrum och hamnen men ändå tyst och lugnt. Trevlig personal. Mycket bra frukost.

Al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera, ma il segnale wifi non arrivava. Avevo necessità di lavorare. Ci hanno prontamente cambiato la stanza. Alla reception molto cortesi e premurosi

Hôtel très bien situé par rapport au port et au centre ville. Bon accueil. Le parking est situé devant l’hôtel, il est indiqué comme étant payant mais vous pouvez vous y stationner sans payer
