Quaint hotel a block from the Central Park, built on a steep hill, with an in credible view of the city! Lots of stairs. Room was clean. Only problem was that the water did not drain out of the shower. Staff were pleasant. Quetzaltenango or otherwise known as Xela is a lovely town, marimbas being played on the plaza, friendly people, amazing food! Try the garnachas sold by the street venders- finger licking good! The bread at the panaderías is outstanding!

We spent one night here before a trek and appreciated how quiet and comfortable the hotel was. The room was basic but had absolutely everything we needed and there were nice outdoor areas to sit and relax as well.

You are in for a treat if you stay here. Beautiful views, classic historic property with rooftop lounging area. It is located right in the heart of historic downtown Xela. Todo estuvo perfecto. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly as well.

Buena ubicación, no ofrece Parqueo, y tampoco emite factura. No es una mala opción, hay que pagar el Parqueo aparte en una propiedad cercana, lo malo es que en viaje de negocios y reservado por esta aplicación no puedo obtener una factura.

La Vista desde arriba es increíble se ve todo el pueblo. Eso sí, no tiene elevador. Pero la vista y la comodidad compensan todo! Hermosas selfies el trato del personal fue el mejor. Un pocos serios al principio, pero luego muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar

Really central, clean, the staff are kind and helpful. The price is adequate to what it offers. The structure is very simple. The centre city is at 2 minutes walking. Consider that is not a touristic town so if you expect something interesting to see there is nothing

We enjoyed our stay so much!! The hostess Alejandra was extremely kind and helpful in every way. The hotel is historic and beautiful with many plants and flowers. The staff is equally kind and helpful. I would love to return. The view of the city is stunning. You are walking distance to the Central Park and many cafes and services. Highly recommend. Not the worst place i have stayed in, but... Could not find our Expedia reservation Did not have a towel Did not have water the first night Three flights of stairs to the room-xela is at 7000 feet so stairs are significant Benefits-- close to city center, safe

A nice find! A charming hotel run by a nice family who was so accommodating. The room is small but it had a good wifi and good hot water. There's a little terrace with a nice view. The location is great, too. Walking distance to the main plaza and cathedral and many restaurants nearby. Definitely this is the place we will go back again!!
