It is a very good choice to live in this hotel. The location is super convenient. You need to cafe about the weather outside, every shopping malls are linked together by footbridges.

I got an upgrade from standard to high level end of corridor room, which is bigger than standard room.

All the staffs are very nice and helpful! Only one thing can be better is the maintenance of the room’s utility. We lived in two room, one had air-conditioning issues and the other room had a drainage problem.

1. Best: sumptuous breakfast.
2. Bed is comfortable.
3. Water filter is environmentally good, just a little confusing
in its usage, especially when your visitors have just gone through a long journey and need water to drink right away and have no energy to learn new machine instructions. Suggest: central water cooler on each floor.
3. Front desk on site is friendly. Restaurant entrance also friendly and helpful. '
4. Shuttle bus service is very good. We are impressed that it exists.

房間清潔不乾淨、陳舊、床褥已塌下極度不舒服，已經多次入住多次投訴也是一樣。餐廳食物質素非常差，餐廳枱面和地面非常不衛生，洗手間也是一樣。已經非常殘舊，必須重新裝修重整。

我自己訂房時訂錯了兩張單人床的房型，我立即去前台求助，因即時未有大床房，職員先幫我換成兩床合起來的房，然後第二天就幫我處理好，我與妻子真的很滿意！！
執房的姐姐也很細心，連我們丟在沙發上的T裇也幫我們摺好放在床上。
结論是我們會視這裏為我們的首選酒店！！
