Hotel is new and clean. Staffs are friendly. Location near Lai Chi Kok MTR station exit B, about 10 minutes walk. Surrounding is quiet because not tourist area. You can find 7-11 and Circle-K nearby, some bakery stores and local diners (Cha Chaan Teng). Overall nice stay.
