Las Vegas Guest House - Carlton Group of Hostels

The service very bad, all the guy in receptionist was very impolite, very bad service I had seen. Oh my god.

Tidak banget ni hotel, pelayanan buruk.cek in ribet cek out ribet.

Lokasinya bagus karena berdekatan dengan MTR station, untuk kamar amat sangat sempit.

Pengalaman yang sangat mengerikan saya alami ketika memesan kamar di guest house ini, resepsionis yang menyeramkan, lokasi yang buruk sekali bahkan kamar yang saya pesan tidak mereka berikan karena saya memesan dengan membayar harga promo sejak 6 bulan sebelumnya, mereka bahkan tidak peduli saya membawa balita saya dan saya dibiarkan terlantar dari jam 3 sore sampai jam 7 malam, sungguh mengerikan memesan kamar di guset house ini, tidak akan lagi saya memesan di daerah chucking mansion ketika saya kembali ke hongkong. Benar benar pengalaman yang buruk dengan orang negro yang seperti preman yang menjadi resepsionis di guest house ini, bahkan ketika mereka berbicara itu sangat menakutkan.

The room was small, but cozy and enough (it had a water heater, which was nice). Weirdly, there was a hair dryer, but I see no way to plug it to the socket as the cord didn't reach the socket. There wasn't ample room to move around but price I paid is cheap so that might be worth it anyway!

We stayed here for 3 nights, for a very cheap price because of promo. Cleanliness: The room was maintained clean for the whole duration of our stay. The lobby and the front desk are clean. Comfort: It was not that great but it wasn't also bad. The fan and aircon are a little bit noisy. The aircon wasn't functioning well, but if you'll just stay at the guesthouse during night, it's just a minor issue. Service: The name of the guest house I booked was different with the one we stayed. Though it's the same management. However, they should inform us in advance about the changes. It took as an hour before we can checked in. Be reminded that there's no available receptionist 24/7. So be patient in waiting outside. Meal: not tried. Location: It is located in Kowloon area. Though it's in a crowded area, the location for me is great. it is near MTR, bus stops to and from airport. It is also near shopping malls and night markets. By the way we got it around 2, 300/3 nights. So overall, we're satisfied with our stay here.

Cheap price, clean and comfortable. the room size is pretty small but it doesn't matter since we go out all day. The room was cleaned everyday. Thank you !

The room is great. Only, that you have no choice about air-con temperature.
