Quite good space.

沒有牙膏牙刷沐浴液洗頭水提供，需要去大堂購買，這些基本物件都唔提供，另外電水壺好多塵垢，衛生程度很差！除咗價錢比較平之外，我諗唔到有咩吸引人再去幫襯嘅地方

No soap

浴室內沒有沐浴用品，相信是執房後忘記擺放。

It is definately the worst hotel experience in my life. No soap, no shampoo, no tooth brush set were provided. Towel would be changed every 4 nights. Noisy environment, I could hear the flush, opening door, bath and piss from the room beside me. I could also hear the opening and closing of the lift. They also arranged maintanance, drilling the wall, on 10am in the morning. I can understand I could not demand to much on basis of price. But itbwas terrible.

房間比較骯髒.雙人床是由兩張單人床合併中間位幾乎不可以瞓到.床褥單薄.地上還有頭髮紙碎.洗手間還可以.但超級迷你.

The front desk staffs were rude, the room was small, and the ceiling was rusty. I requested higher floor but only arrange 8/F to me.

房間質數有待改善, 接待員熱誠度可更好

櫃檯服務不錯。 隔音不太好，早上隔壁房間出門會聽的到聲音。 牆壁有些壁癌 ，尚能接受。 水溫正常，水量夠大。

房間太細，沒有獨立淋浴室，冲完涼後整個厕所都濕透。電器太舊。不值仟多港元一晚。

I recently stayed at the M1 Hotel in Yau Ma Tei and unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about my experience. Everything about the so-called "hotel" was not up to standard. Firstly, the environment around the hotel was not good except for its proximity to the MTR station. The area around the hotel was rather dirty, and to make matters worse, there were two coffin shops just meters away from the entrance. As soon as you walk near the hotel, you can't help but notice the unkempt appearance, with piles of unorganized stuff cluttering the entrance and hallways. The dirty and unkempt corridors of the hotel only added to the overall unpleasant experience. Some staff at the hotel were not very friendly either. Instead of politely asking customers to sign necessary documents, some staff members would almost order customers to do so. Additionally, I was required to pay a deposit of HKD 1500 for my 5-day stay, which seemed excessive. The most disappointing aspect of my stay at M1 Hotel was the fact that it was listed on Expedia that the room would be CLEANED DAILY. However, the reality was far from it. Due to the so-called Covid reasons, the room was only cleaned ONCE for my 7-night stay. If you stay for six nights, don't expect any cleaning or replacement of towels. I reported this to Expedia for the clear misrepresentation of the hotel's services. 房间細，有臭味。没有人清潔，床单、被单、枕头套要客人自己換。日用品、床单、被单、枕头套要落去接代處講才有。

非常差, 原本以為有優惠就會比較高CP值, 但完全不是一回事。 首先貨不對版，網站上的所有參考圖片現實都不存在，沒有一間房是對得上的，完全是騙局。 地下負責Cheak in的男服務員態度非常惡劣，完全不存在「服務」兩個字。 房間的風聲(冷氣 抽氣)很大，比較影響睡眠。
