The check in time in app for this hotel is 12nn but upon arriving at Chunking they don't want us to check in at 12nn, they want us to check in @2pm without assurance that we really are going to be accommodated by them. Many people who are booked there experience same scenario as mine. It is a building that has many guesthouse owned by diff people. The owner are not welcoming, hot shower is not functioning. Owners are not approachable.

Poorly maintained facilities. Poor hospitality. Poorly hotel management. If you are a service provider, please do it properly, your ordinances please. Talk nicely to your customers. Your costumers know nothing, they just want the normal service like other.
