Mike, the front office officer, welcomed us very friendly. He is very helpful. He gave us all our requests like connecting rooms. He also gave us early check-in before we asked for it. The hotel location was very convenient, easy access by buses or MTR. The MTR exit door is just across the hotel. The hotel room was also clean. I definitely recommend this hotel to all of you who are traveling to Hong Kong.

Sangat suka banget stay di sini selama di Hongkong, lokasi benar-benar terbaik, MRT depan hotel, halte trem dan bis juga depan hotel, ke Causeway Bay tinggal jalan kaki dekat sekali, samping kiri kanan banyak toko-toko, butuh apa-apa samping hotel ada Circle K 24 jam, dekat resto-resto, kamar hotel bersih, fasilitas lengkap, staff sangat ramah dan helpful, kalau ke Hongkong saya akan menginap di sini lagi.

Kamarnya luas ada bathtub. Ada dispenser di ujung lorong jadi gak bingung mau minum. Deket MTR dan bus stop. Udalahh pokok sangat sangat sangatt direkomendasikann ❤.

Location was very close to MTR, facilities were good, staff was helpful. Only mild complaint was the Wi-Fi. On my laptop, the Wi-Fi kept connecting and disconnecting every other minute, but on my phone, the connection had no problems.

Staff semua ramah, lokasi depan stasiun MTR, kamar di upgrade dari standar king menjadi deluxe king suite. Menginap 4 hari 3malam bersama cucu alhamdulillah menyenangkan! Setelah check out, tas ransel tertinggal di kamar, selama 8jam. Ketika dilaporkan, semua pihak hotel membantu dan aman. Terima kasih. Sangat bersyukur.

Sesuai dengan gambar. Kamar cukup bagus dan luas. Lokasi super strategis, di seberang halte bus dan stasiun MRT serta dekat dengan halte tram. Dekat dengan Victoria Park. Worth the price.
