Very nice place to stay for a getaway in Hong Kong. The location is very strategic and the hotel itself is very nice, friendly staff and the facilities are complete. The view from the facing the harbour is just spectacular, day and night. Will definitely stay here again.

Check in at 3pm was busy, but the staff were very welcoming and informed us won't be long, excellent customer service, the bed was comfy, the marble iconic bathroom was beautiful. highly recommended!

The corner suite has unbeatable view and very spacious. The butler service is very caring and helpful. We are fully assisted during our stay in all aspects (in room dinning/ child playroom’s arrangement etc)

it claims it's a comparably new hotel, but hair dryer is really old, loud noise can be heard from the pipe after hand wash finished, sofa cushions details are not in good conditions

第一次入住此酒店，主要選擇的原因是華麗的洗手間及化妝間，親身體驗及感受後，整體來說是非常不錯的酒店。
就是太多鏡子，感覺不太自在。
加上天氣影響，一連兩天都是陰天下雨，入住前對於充滿期待的美麗全海景，確實有點可惜。

Broken glass left by the previous guest were found in bathroom. Dust was observed in room. No one response room service Hotline and no one response at lobby Hotline (I have to call many times before someone picked up my call). HENRY was substandard: "sommelier" didn't wait me before pouring wine into my glass and went away. Food quality was just good but not outstanding. The price was outstanding.
