地占方便，在住宅大廈。步行2分鐘銅鑼灣地鐵。前台服務解釋清楚。

We had to change room due to smoking from the room next door. Then we were moved to a small room but there was bed bugs. Thats terrifying and we couldn't sleep all night. The hotel then transferred us to the 3rd room within 3 days. We couldn't accept this quality by paying USD110 per night. The hygiene is unacceptable. We are so disappointed with this experience.

When we booked, it said it was a hotel, but when we arrived, we found that it was actually a motel and there was no front desk, so when we arrived in the early morning, we looked for a long time, and then when we entered the room and began to collect things, we found that at least one-third of the place under the bed was full of black garbage bags. My child was scared and cried on the spot, couldn't contact the room staff by phone, and only contacted the next day, saying that the hotel items, but you used black garbage bags, that kind of terror, not everyone accepted. Then the housekeeping staff came to clean up and they were amazed at the number of bags. I've never done this in all the hotels I've stayed in, and it's just so uncomfortable.

巳付費，因疫情問題晚上6時後沒有堂食，買了晚餐準備入住時大門関閉，按門鈐無人應，打電話無人接，衹有携帶晚餐離開，並在昏暗後巷進食晚餐(因在公眾地方必須要帶上口罩)，感覺氣憤。

房間整體ok，鄰近購物十分方便

整潔度需要改善！一入住已經連續看到兩隻蟑螂，明明門窗經已關閉了，相信應該本來蟑螂便居住在房內，令人感到不安！

對於只要能有一個空間可睡的旅人而言，整體上不注重細節舒服感，睡起來直接外出的人是可算勉強，但對於整體房間所需求比較高一點的旅人，我想是不適合入住的，因就像是家庭式所經營的旅館，一㸃都不像酒店或飯店之稱，又設立在一般公寓大廈裏，相對者出入也會遇到同棟大廈之人，雖然入住地點很便利，但住宿裏頭的環境，我想入住一次經驗就夠了，也更能讓我下回可選擇的徹底，找到更舒適的空間。

鬧市中, 交通方便, 雖然房間細小, 短暫住數晚, 以這樣價錢, 不要求太多. 總好過用差不多價錢去住幾個人SHARE一間房那種, 瞓的是上下格床, 一定唔會瞓得安落

大廈門口無人應門的!! 已不停按6B2,但無人應門!!! 結果跟其他人進入,被保安員查証件!!! 大廈保安員態度很差 進入客房 打開冷氣很多塵飛出黑色的,隔塵網滿塵 = = 怪味好重 電熱水爐不夠熱水 唯一是雪櫃好, 很泠! 價格不值

以為同親友住同一幢樓，行10幾20分鐘先到另外一個大樓。個廁所都未洗乾淨。Book咗房就無留房。。。。服務好差。。
