Everything is perfect from the location, to service and room.

Kamarnya bersih, view-nya bagus, dan pelayanannya ramah. tidak menyesal menginap disini, kemana-mana dekat dengan kuliner, 7 eleven, dan lain-lain. Next time bakal menginap lagi disini.

Lokasi bagus, dekat dengan MRT Olympic.

Kamarnya cukup sempit, bed cover banyak noda, tapi selebihnya baik, kamar cukup bersih. Lokasi tidak seramai di kawasan stanford hotel, hotel saya sebelumnya, tapi worth it lah dengan harganya.

Good location of the hotel. Very accessible to MTR, near Olympic Station. Outside the hotel there are restaurants / shops and 711. Not too crowded streets compared to Tsim Sha Tsui area. One of their hotel staffs know how to speak english and he was able to help me locate some areas that I will visit. Very clean room, they always clean up our room at around 12 noon.

small room but quiet. nevertheless, it's a med size hotel when you don't want to stay in a bunk.

Hotelnya nyaman dan bersih, walaupun agak kecil kamarnya. Dekat dengan sevel, mcd di restoran kecil kecil.

Dekat olympic garden mal, harga terjangkau, mau ke Mongkok juga tidak jauh, dekat supermarket, dekat orang jual makanan. Memang hotel kecil tapi okelah kalau buat asal tidur kan kita sehari harinya jalan terus menjelajah hong kong cukup oke lah!

The room is small. Not a good view. Fire alarm ringing loudly in the middle of the night which is actually a false alarm. And happened again (twice) in the next day as well. Hotel asked for cash deposit although we've already paid in advance via online full amount for 8 days stay. Location is a bit far from center of city and MTR station. Just realized for Hongkong it’s better to be near Tsim Sha Sui or central area (in Hongkong island). Hotel have exchanged rate display. But receptionist seems not willing to do money changer and suggest to go find money changer outside hotel by ourselves. However, housekeeping is ok. Changing towel and sleeper every day.

Room clean. Convenient. The staffs are polite and helpful.

We went to HK to celebrate my 50th birthday & we choose Silka West because of its good reviews. As expected it is indeed a nice hotel, very clean,smell clean, although small room but very convenient for a couple, the bed is a little bit hard, we requested for something to make it softer, they responded very quick with our request, & we slept comfortably. Towels & toiletries, as well as condiments were replenished everyday. Shower as well as it's temperature is excellent. I loved it when they surprised me with their birthday present when I came back from our breakfast. The breakfast, they served us same menu everyday, I hope they serve a diff. menu each day. But the best thing that we appreciate is the smart phone that they provided with fast internet service that we bring along with our tour. Because of that we are updated on our facebook posts, messenger & we can use waze whenever we need to find the easiest way to our destination. They also have shuttle service for your convenience going to Mongkok. Although it is a little bit far from Mongkok, it is very tiring but very safe to walk. We tried to ride a taxi because we were very tired but unfortunately, the driver cannot understand english & doesn't know the hotel, even though we gave him waze with Cantonese translation, we still got loss & paid a little bit higher fare, so we opted not to ride taxi again. Generally, I will still recommend Silka West Hotel to my friends.

As we are family with 4 persons and a baby, we do not recommend for Silka. the room is not spacious as we bump to each other in the room as we pass and the bed cover is looked not clean and tidy. the location is quite near the center, the Indonesia kitchen assistant is very friendly.
