A26 Apartment

Great little apartment, perfect location to get to everything - lots to do around the area. Very nicely decorated and kept, although we found the bathroom had a strange smell. Would definitely recommend though and was very easy to check in/check out and Thomas was very helpful.

Everything was great! The apartment was very clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked well and quickly. The building and the neighborhood seemed very safe at all hours. It is in a central location: about a minute away from the Opera metro station, maybe about a 7-10 minute walk from Deák Ferenc tér (where you can take the 100E airport shuttle bus), and going any way around the apartment you can go somewhere interesting. Despite the central location, it was totally quiet. You can't hear the neighbors or the street at all because the apartment looks onto the courtyard. Thomas, the man who let us into the apartment, was very welcoming and gave us a map of Budapest and lots of information about what to do and where to go while in the city. Our flight had been delayed so we contacted him as soon as we learned of the delay and he was able to push back the scheduled time to let us into the apartment with no problem. Bed and bath linen, several rolls of toilet paper, hangers, an iron and ironing board, dish liquid and a sponge, hand soap, and plenty of cooking and eating necessities (pans, plates, glasses, utensils, etc.) were all provided. The next time we're in Budapest we'll definitely try to stay here again!
