Det virkede som om det var et værelse, der var delt i to, vandret, for på den måde at lave værelser og "overetage". Toilettet var utæt, og badeværelset lugtede af mug og var super indelukket. Når det er sagt, så virkede tingene, sådan ca. Værelset var nemt at komme til og fra, det var rimelig centralt, lige ved ruin kvarteret. Jeg ville ikke bo der med børn, men en gruppe venner som os havde ikke et problem. Til prisen var det faktisk ret godt.

Propiedad con mucha humedad, desde que entras se siente en todo el pequeño apartamento, en las fotos se ve todo super bien y bonito, pero la realidad es otra. Solo tenían un sartén que a mí me daría vergüenza tenerlo para uso, estaba más que viejo y todo lleno de cochambre, la TV no funciona, en el baño se sale el agua del WC, siempre tenías que estar limpiando el agua para no resbalar. Desde que llegamos reportamos esos incidentes y nunca respondieron. Un día antes de nuestra salida, solo avisaron que lo sentían mucho y que cuando dejáramos el apartamento pusiera las llaves en la caja de seguridad. Mala experiencia y descuidado el lugar, le falta mucho mantenimiento.

The photos can’t show the damp and general presentation of this property. The owner did not respond to a request for a lamp for the bedroom and with only the main light working, it is not possible to use this space to relax in. The bed pillows were poor condition and led to poor nights sleep. The wooden kitchen utensils are growing green mold. The owner is trying to address the damp by having a dehumidifier, which requires emptying twice a day and at night but there is a general lack of care. My only regret was not relocating.

Uninhabitable – avoid at all costs.The apartment was cold, damp, and filled with a strong musty odor that made us physically ill. The bathroom floor stayed wet despite attempts to dry it. All our clothes were damp by morning, and my sister developed breathing issues after just one night. We left the next day. No refund was provided by the owner

Dårlig kommunikasjon. Vanskelig å få tak i på tlf, og måtte ringe å mase for å få koden til døra. Leiligheten er grei, litt fuktig, lukter litt vått tøy i hele leiligheten. Badet var ikke like fint som på bildene. Sengene var gode, plass til 6 personer+ en luftmadrass, så 7, men trangt. Veldig bra verdi for pengene, perfekt for en korthelg.

It's ok

It was a nice secluded apartment which was very quiet. It was also really nice to be able to go for a drink within 30 seconds of leaving the apartment.

nice place - a bit small but well laid out. not a lot of natural light BUT the lighting in the apartment was pretty good. unit needs some repairs BUT overall was in good condition. note - this is good for adults BUT the stairs would be a bit scary for little ones. good location and the host was helpful.

Good location, good communication. The shower needs repairing as the shower head broke and was attached by tape. The bedding had a slight musty smell. Overall the apartment was good

Muy buena estadía, esta cerca del new york cafe y en general cerca del transporte público. El host muy atento a todas nuesras necesidades y en general una buena estadia. Las instalaciones estan muy completas y la entrada fue muy sencilla.

The place was easy to locate and access. Though on a busy street that allowed for great walking to places, it was wonderfully quiet once inside the unit. The unit was cleanish and contained the basics, but was a bit worn.

Posizione ideale per visitare Budapest con metro, tram e bus vicinissimi. Appartamento comodo per 6 persone.

Estado de limpieza muy lamentable. Telarañas en el techo, sabanas y toallas tendidas y mucho olor a humedad.

I would say for a fact that i will not be staying here again. It felt like the property manager had better things to do than to tend to this place. It was not really clean, kind of smelled of sewer when we got in. Airing it out helped. Having a p different kinds of shampoos is nice, but a simple kitchen towel and rag or paper towels would have been great. Also if you have small children or you are planning on drinking the stairs are not your friend. Dis not feel safe. In my opinion, the property manager should pay more attention to this place. On the upside, the location is great and the property manager was very accommodating when it came to check in time.

Ottimo il soggiorno, tutti i comfort di cui necessitate e anche la divisione degli spazi e le camere molto ottimizzate! L’unica cosa essendo piano terra si sentiva un pochino l’odore di chiuso, sopratutto perché la biancheria lavata dall’host la lascia praticamente stesa in casa! Ma tutto fattibile e consigliato nel complesso

Our stay was lovely. The location of the property is excellent. Close to the centre and a few minutes walk to public transport options. The owner was lovely. Great communication and flexibility. The only point of improvement that could be made is the bathroom needing a little spruce. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay.

Amazing property would highly recommend to anyone staying in Budapest! Had a fantastic time, apartment was spacious and all our needs were provided. 10/10
