Felt a bit strange because of the clothes store in the building but absolutely spotless, staff are nice and breakfast was good value. Loved the location but the train station so easy to leave bags but also all the other local transport that connects to it.

The hotel clearly means well, but several odd design choices got in the way of a comfortable stay. The concept itself is interesting, but in reality the room view onto a dark, abandoned department store was more unsettling than appealing, especially at night. The room also didn’t feel like it was originally designed as a hotel room: it had a typical department-store ceiling and even a thick pillar placed right in the middle, which made the atmosphere rather oppressive. The bathroom design was wierd too: the glass wall was frosted at the top and bottom, but completely transparent exactly at the height where you’d prefer privacy. Who thought that was a good idea? On top of that, the shower door leaked badly; while a bath mat was provided, once placed it blocked the door from opening. Noise was another issue, the hotel is very poorly soundproofed. On the positive side: the staff were friendly and the breakfast selection was good.

Daglig rengøring på værelset begrænsede sig til sengeredning.dobbeltværelse passede til en enkelt gæst. Værelset manglede plads til kuffert og indholdet. Ingen skabe eller skuffer. Wifi virkede ikke, kun i opholdsområder i stueplanet. Men pænt, sikkert nyindrettet/renoveret. Breakfast ok, reception venlig og hjælpsom.

Excellent accueil à l’arrivée. Les clés nous ont été remis très vite, la sortie le soir n’ai pas un problème car il y’a un agent d’accueil toute la nuit. Petit déjeuné très bien.

I had a wonderful stay at Fashion City Hotel! The location is excellent—perfect for getting around with just a short walk to public transport, shops, and restaurants. It’s super convenient for exploring the area. What stood out the most was how impeccably clean the hotel is —the cleanliness is second to none, and it made my stay very comfortable. The breakfast was so generous with plenty of options to choose from. There’s something for everyone. Check-in was smooth and efficient, thanks to the fantastic team who were welcoming and professional throughout my stay. Thank you
