飯店在小細節方面處理不佳，晚間9點多向櫃台反映沒有拖鞋，只回覆說找不到，於是當天就沒有拖鞋可以使用直到隔天才補上。浴室蓮蓬頭有污垢，沒有徹底清潔乾淨，且浴室設計有點問題，洗完澡會造成整間浴室潮濕不堪。

立地は最高です。国会議事堂側の部屋は常に景色を楽しめます。室内の水圧が弱く、トイレの水やシャワーは快適とは言えませんでした。朝食も値段の割にはクオリティが高いとは言えませんでした。レストランのスタッフの対応はとても良いのですが、レセプションのスタッフは不親切でした。

We like the public transport nearby and view of the parliament house across the Danube river. The buffet breakfast was very busy everyday and staff were very eager to collect the crockery as soon as we put our forks down. We cannot relax...
