The location is great that very near Budapest rail station. Very convenient for you when arriving/leaving Budapest by train. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff is helpful. There are also computers at the lobby, allowing you to print your documents. Wifi in room is stable. The hotel is not big and the lobby as well, but the room is comfortable enough.

The hotel is just next to Budapast-Keleti train station and the metro station, which makes this hotel very convenient in terms of transport. Staff support is good. My hotel room is in good shape. It is clean and pleasant. One back point is that the lighting in the room is not enough. But if you like a darker atmosphere, this is not a problem. The breakfast is up to standard.

在那區的環境當中，飯店顯得非常經典，櫃台人員服務挺不錯。免費無線網路在房間裡面收訊較差，訊號會斷斷續續，但大廳當中有三台電腦可使用，我當時世道大廳上網的。因為距離車站非常近，而該車站又是去回維也納或是薩爾斯堡的途經站，因而對於行程規劃來講，真的很方便，我是在規劃行程的時候特別選的，整體來說沒有比這飯店更方便的了！

單人床實在有點過小,睡覺時翻身要小心. 房間內空間適當, 但是空調不太有效需開窗通風否則會過悶, 浴室裡淋浴間無乾濕分離, 洗完澡後地板會有部分淹水需小心. 櫃檯服務多元化, 可在飯店內就購買許多交通票卷相當方便, 一樓大廳也有小酒吧提供咖啡與酒類飲料, 收費很便宜. 免費提行李至房間的服務也相當貼心

I came to Budapest by overnight train. I arrived the hotel at 10:30am (Saturday) and asked for a non-smoking room. The staff replied me that I could only get the room at 2:00pm because the hotel is full. Since I really wanted to take a shower, I told him my need and he quickly offered me to choose a smoking room. The service is quite there. I noticed the price of this hotel in hotels.com is much more competitive than the walk-in price. So please book in advance!
