Check in slow but only due to processes in place (starting from security checks of our trolleys to retrieving all flights bookings).
The hotel staff is very professional, rooms bigger than expected and clean. I would definitely recommend it.

Very clean. Courteous and understanding staff. The 24hr light buffet was a good touch. However, whilst breakfast starts at 04:30hrs it may still not be early enough for International Flights departing at about 07:00grs if you need to be at the terminal 3hrs before the flight.
But, the staff were kind enough to ensure we had some sort of breakfast before leaving.

Very convenient location just outside Arrivals at T2. I like that you can choose between 4, 8, or 12 hours and the time doesn’t start until you check in. The rooms are very nice- stylish, clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the light that kept flashing on the ceiling and that someone kept ringing the doorbell for a room nearby and it woke us up. Breakfast was just ok.

Excellent transit hotel. The room was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. The food was tasty, fresh and plentiful (both breakfast and the 24/7 snacks which are a very nice touch). And the staff were all very courteous and went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming.
Only negative is a lack of windows (the same quality of room but with outside views would be amazing). And one area for improvement is the rather slow check in and check out procedures (the staff did their best, but even 5 minutes is a lot when one only has a few hours between flights). But overall a great transit hotel and I would happily recommend and will stay again when next passing through Bangalore.

Clean room!! Slept there during a long layover… however, please note that the hotel is outside the airport counters… so passengers will have to go through the same formalities as if they are arriving from outside….

Extremely convenient location just outside Terminal 2 — perfect for transit stays. You can check in using your arrival ticket together with a departure ticket for a future flight, which makes it very flexible. We stayed twice (12 hours and 4 hours) due to arriving in the middle of the night and departing late in the evening, and it worked out perfectly both times.
The rooms were spotless and well maintained, and the staff were excellent — friendly, efficient, and very professional.
The only downside was the breakfast, which didn’t fully meet our expectations. A few more pre-packaged options like muffins or granola bars would have been appreciated.
