Very Good place to stay. But WiFi is unstable. If you come without bring your Wifi device, prepare the possible disconnect on internet. Over all, it very good hotel to stay.

Where do I start?.. 1. Not for one second did the wifi work for me, i had to use 4G the whole time I was there 2. The toilet in my room (311) was installed in a tilted manner. When you sit on it, you will realize you are slanted. 3. They threw a wild rager party on the weekend. But this went on till 3.30am and was extremely loud!! The thumping was heard loudly all the way to the 3rd floor. Guests gathered in the hallways complaining about this noise. Complaints started at 1am but the party went till 3.30. 4. The kettle was not clean at all when i opened it for the first time 5. The rooms are old and dingy, in need of serious renovations. Funky smell.

Great place to stay good food and service

Hotel is Good and convenient but on the day of check in I reached hotel by 12 Am, and I was told that your booking has been shifted to some other hotel due to over booking, so I really got annoyed and shown them the confirmation also, though after some time I got the room but it was really irritating as I was waited for 15 mms just for Nothing.

This was my first visit to this hotel. It is centrally located on the Race course Road, surrounded by greenery. Polite staff. quick and friendly response by reception and room service. They serve you free break fast which is very sumptuous. In house. Restaurant "Aroma of South" is good in taste of food and service. Room interior is nice. They need to improve bathroom cleanliness. Common space outside the rooms for seating is good. Also it is very easy to get auto rickshaw or taxi for local transport. It is value for money I have decided to visit the same hotel very time I visit Bangalore.

Very courteous staff. Quick check-in and very clean rooms. Overall a pleasant stay. This was our first visit and we have no regrets choosing this hotel

Excellent customer service. Centrally located.Near to the main markets and places of tourist interest. Helpfulness of the staff very couterous. Good value for money very neat and clean, sufficiently big rooms, prompt service.

First off the staff needs some training, here are some free tips to improve the customer service. Do not take more than 5 minutes to check-in the customer. Have the reservation ready before the customer arrives. DO NOT forget to give the wifi login credentials. When the customer drops the key at the reception, DO NOT lose it. If you keep complimentary water, make sure it is of good quality and not funky tasting. Improve the quality of complimentary breakfast. Keep clean utensils. For the price of the room I expected better food and variety. Finally the room itself needs a lot of renovation. Also make the checkout process faster, do not make the customer wait.

Great location spacious n comfortable rooms good breakfast very good service

My wife and I stayed here in order to catch a flight the next day. We have stayed here before and it hasnt changed too much. Clean and big rooms and a good breakfast makle it really appealing. No nonsense hotel with a bit of comfort thrown in. Not bad for the price!

Nice hotel with modern decor and amenities. Nice restaurant. Hotel staff very helpful. However we hired a car/driver for the day and we felt that that driver was very unprofessional and annoying.

Over all a good experience. The room was very stylishly done. The room was cleaned everyday without fail, with all used stuff replaced. The hotel staff was very cooperative. The breakfast was very nice too, with a lot of variety to choose from, as it was served in a buffet. Although situated in a very good location, i still felt that since it was on a by-lane that was a drawback, situated near a hospital.

Excellent customer service. Homely feeling. Their south Indian restaurant Aromas of South serves a variety of specialities .

This is a great hotel. It can be a little difficult for the rickshaw drivers to find but with iphone or pre-printed map it is no problem. Within walking distance of Mall and racetrack. The staff was very helpful in lining up drivers and helping with directions to locations. Breakfast buffet was great with many choices so that our multiple night stay was comfortable as we had plenty of breakfast choices. This is an excellent hotel located just off the main streets so that it is pretty quiet at night which is a real plus. Wonderful stay.

It was peaceful

The beds were very comfortable (not always the case in india), and the hotel was clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooms and floors smelt like cigarette smoke, despite this being a "non-smoking" hotel (there are however ash trays and matches in each room). We arrived with a very large group (8 people, 4 rooms) and 2 out of our 4 rooms were unacceptable with regards to the cigarette smoke. The hotel staff were excellent in arranging us to change rooms (a few times) until we found one that was suitable. The turnaround time on laundry and pressing was excellent. Overall a quality stay & would definitely recommend. The free wifi was a little unreliable (could not skype), and was only available for one device.
