The hotel is wonderful. The lobby is gorgeous, with a delicious coffee shop. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, huge choice of lovely food. Outside has building work,but is no reflection on the hotel. The pool is lovely but my biggest compliment is for the staff. Everyone was so very friendly and kind and went further than the extra mile when I needed help. I cannot express my thanks to them enough. A really excellent stay and great value for money.

It was good experience

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadines Hotel in Chennai, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the super cool front desk team, who welcomed me with warm smiles and efficiently checked me in. The management team was also top-notch, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was taken care of. The restaurant served delicious and comfortable food that catered to my every craving. The menu was diverse, and the presentation was impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed every meal I had during my stay. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the entire staff. The security team was super friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone at Citadines Hotel for taking such good care of me during my stay. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s a must to go hotel if you are in shollinganallur. The staffs are amazing and are respectful. I can’t point out a single problem with this place or facilities or services or the staffs.

Overall a good experience.

Large rooms with kitchen. Quick checkin and checkout. Friendly staff. Excellent buffet for Breakfast. Budget friendly. Metro work is going on in the street. Hence the traffic congestion is normal in the area. Overall excellent place to stay.

Klassisches modernes Stadt/Businesshotel mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und diversen Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Das Hotel verfügt selbst über zwei gute Restaurants und bietet ein umfassendes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere der Zimmerservice auf unserer Etage, Rafujula war sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Not going back ever. Service was extremely poor and the rooms while being decently sized is shaped in such a way that an extra bed clogs the entire room making movement a real issue. Breakfast was among the worst I have seen. Nothing was being brought out so whenever anything came, it went in 2 secs..

Very nice and spacious reception and car arrival places. Only thing for those coming with drivers have the lack of facilities like common restrooms.
