酒店的硬件可以用“现代化”形容，虽然只是四星级，但是超过我的期望值。酒店和一个购物商场是一体的建筑，有门可以直接进入商场。短暂停留一天，非常好的体验。 唯一的不足是早餐是素食的，但不影响我的入住体验。赞一个。

Emplacement très central a proximite du métro. Petit dejeuner moyen.

This hotel is my regular stay when I come to Chennai. You can freely go in and out of Express Avenue, so you can enjoy meals, shopping, movies, etc. regardless of the weather. The hotel staff is very kind and willing to give you advice. I come to see movies during Pongal and am very satisfied because there is a movie theater next door. I would like to stay again next time.

1st impression. No one to greet at arrival. There was only one thin guy who addresses guest by "yeah, what u want? Bad language and attitude. Shocking. No basic manners. Then the rest is history. The ambience. The staffs carry the same attitude. In the Room, there is No basic toiletries like dental kit and room slippers and even tissue box provided. When called housekeeping they said rudely its only provided upon request. In the bathroom, the tap is 30cm above the sink which is plate shaped which causes water to splash on us whenever we try to wash hands. Never seen such a design in any hotels we stayed so far. Breakfast - most importantly guests must understand that this hotel is a vegetarian hotel. There is not even egg provided during breakfast. Very limited bfast options. I would never recommend anyone to tbis hotel.

There is a shopping mall next door, which is very convenient. It's easy to get around using Uber, so it's easy to contact.

Excellent staff, right from the check in manned by Ramesh, to the staff servicing the rooms, especially Bharathi, they were efficient, friendly and very pleasant to deal with

i like always coming to this hotel. However one thing can be improve : the doors of the other rooms are doing too much noise when closing.

great hotel if shopping is your goal. i ended up with a whole new wardrobe. driver that got me from airport to hotel, and then down to pondicherry was a delightful man. staff members Karthick and Mani were polite and competent

Really service is very bad, hotel condition is also just average. Amenities not that great.

No activity plus the room was dirty you can see cockroach everywhere

Very close to Shopping and entertainment and restaurants. Staff are very friendly are friendly, flexible and helpful. During this holidays I have chosen to stay in E hotel. Price is very affordable.

Great place inside the mall. Real well located with nice and big room. I always come back to this hotel.
