No wifi No hot water They charged for breakfast even though we opted for breakfast when booked through Expedia. Will never go back. Bad experience

Lovely reception staff, very roomy comfortable room. Excellent breakfast buffet. I enjoyed the spacious bathroom and exceptionally comfortable bed with lovely bed linen.

Clean property Staff is very courteous Miss Sharmishtha specifically asked and paid heed to any concerns I might have, but there were none

The hotel is located close to the city and is in a quiet neighborhood. The room didn't had toiletries and towels. Had to call the reception multiple times. There was also a power cut at the hotel for a night which ruined our stay at the hotel.

Service is very bad. Had to call many times and then also they forget to get towels as they dont keep it in the bathroom. No bathroom mat inside the bathroom. Even location is aloof. Outside food not allowed. No Value for money.

Amazing weekend stay. Great breakfast spread and simply loved the pool.

The furniture in the room was mediocre. I had damaged chairs and table in the room. Food is below average for 4* hotel. Biggest joke - they don't have scanner or cannot print from hardcopy. Front desk people are joke. Their bar is mediocre Never going back

I couldn't believe how quiet and serene it was, the place is in one of the most busiest of location. Has a nice resort like atmosphere in the middle of the city. The quality of the beds, furniture and the bathroom amenities need a lot of improvements.

For the price it’s not worth even 1/10th of the experience

Cleanliness was an issue, the sofas were full of stains. It had just one towel, just one towel. The places interior is very outdated. Power outlets don’t work, I had to try all of them to figure out where to charge my phone. The place is begging to be maintained a lot better. Disappointing stay.

The stay was good and COVID precautions were taken and food was freshly prepared and qualify and spread was great

The place is not at all clean. There is no one to take care at the reception while ur checking. They are not treating the customers well. This the worst service I ever had in Hyderabad. The rest rooms are really dirty. AC is not working and when we raise a complaint no one to take care of the complaint.PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY in booking this hotel. It’s my sincere advise. Don’t get deceived by the pics.

I cannot believe the high ratings for this stinking joke of a hotel. I've unfortunately had to spend about 2 months in this hotel and I wouldn't know where to start listing everything that's wrong about it. Here's the summary: • Swarm of dead red ants everyday on the floor in my room. They kept destroying the wires behind the switchboards too, so the switches wouldn’t work and I had to keep calling people to fix it. • Roaches in the bathroom and closets • Disgusting sewage drainpipe smell every time you turn on the shower. Bathroom stinks. • Mold inside the mini refrigerator • Most of the electric outlets do not work and are of different shapes and sizes where even Indian plugs/adapters don’t fit. • Furniture is dusty, dirty, and dated. • Dusty vents in the elevators, makes allergies worse for sensitive people • Mosquitoes in all the restaurants inside the hotel, and also inside the hotel room. • Power goes out often. • A lot of staff members do not seem to shower. They reek. • Inconvenient location. There are no stores or within walkable distance. They do not allow food delivery, so need to catch Uber to get food from outside every time. Hotel food options are limited, of poor quality, and ridiculously expensive. • They do not refund cancelled stays at all if you pay in advance. One of my friends had to leave 3 weeks earlier due to a medical emergency and they did not refund any of it. I understand charging a day's worth as cancellation fee but this is pure robbery
