Very well maintained hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. We used the complementary shuttle the hotel offers to get to the airport.
I would like to give a special mention to Anandhanu (not sure of spelling) a young gentleman that works the front desk. He was helpful and went above and beyond to solve the issue I had.

The Room - Dirty, smelly, A/C was causing me to sneeze due to dust, toilet seat was broken, Lights in Bathroom not working, they removed my bags from the room before my checkout.
The Food - breakfast was terrible. Room Service was great.
The Staff - Inexperienced, but very helpful and were good overall
