Excellent property and staff!

The stay was awesome…the employees we excellent. I stay in hotels in India approx 100 days each year, but the staff there was tops. Mugundhan was as good an employee as I’ve ever see. Keep him. Aarthi, Rishika, Akhila, Abdul, and Ananagha were all great too.

After being in Tamil Nadu for almost 6 weeks, our final stay in this fabulous hotel was one of the best. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. They couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was fantastic, large variety of food and drinks. High tea every afternoon was a lovely surprise, and delicious. Room was excellent, food quality bedding and towels, plenty of toiletries available, housekeeping was excellent, always asked if we required anything extra. Very good value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hôtel situé à 45 mn à pieds des Five Ratha ( mais marche sur route pas forcément très agréable ) ou 300 roupies en rickshaw. L’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu mais un petit rafraîchissement des chambres serait le bienvenu. L’accueil est au top ,prévenant . La piscine est très agréable après une journée à visiter ces beaux temples ( merci à Kartykean pour sa disponibilité). La restauration est savoureuse avec le service impeccable de Theresa et Rejola .( nous n’avons pas éprouvé le besoin d’aller manger à l’exterieur. Au total un hôtel parfait pour visiter Mahabalipuram.

I am satisfied with the service provided

It’s a must stay property for people who want to relax with your family. Well maintained and the staff is always there within minutes unlike other places where they generally take longer. The in room dining person told us the order would take 30 min but arrived before time so no complaints.

The room had dirty glasses and the property hoes not have a gym. It had a room marked as gym without any equipment. The staff mentioned that gym was under renovation- but there was no sign of any work

We had a one night stay here. This would be the BEST hotel buffet ever. We had the lunch & breakfast buffet. So much variety & most delicious food. The service is also very very good. Staff are attentive & are very eager to help. I would happily visit this hotel again & this time will stay longer.

Good hotel, walking distance to main sights such as the lighthouse. Great breakfast. Staff very helpful and efficient. Hotel very clean. Nice swimming pool

On 15th July, I received a mail from booking partner that - "There was a problem with the payment method you provided at booking. To keep the reservation, you’ll need to contact the hotel and provide a valid payment method within 24 hours." And finally booked another hotel. I did not contact the hotel and neither was confirmed my booking nor did I checked in the hotel but on 15th Nov, I received mail from the hotel and booking partner that booking was confirmed and payment was auto detected. In a span of 5 months no message was received so I made bookings in another hotel, and to my shock the payment has been auto debited.
