I would say its OVERVALUED, as per price they are charging.. 1. Facility wise -- Its lacking if compared to brand 'Marriott'. Other hotels which are providing rooms at 1/3rd price are similar in security/cleanliness/room size/ambience No garden... No views.. Forget about other amenities 2. Location is not great.. Nearby area is dead. Its next to local wine shop 3. Not much options available for BREAKFAST.. Same fix limited/repeated menu options are available every day. Taste of items being served is not as per standards of 'Marriott'. I did not liked taste of any food item being served.. Simple Tea being served is not made out of milk, it's made of powdered milk .. tastes like machine tea. 4. No interiors , once u enter lobby.. only 4 set of old design sofas are available.. u will get a feel that where have u entered.. specially when u r coming with an image of "FOUR POINTS.. MARRIOTT" in ur mind :-) I would suggest to explore and avail more options, until u get this property at 1/3rd price of what they are offering now.

The property is extremely overpriced for the food and the kind of views it offered in the month of June. The food was really disappointing. The surroundings and the ambiance was nothing great.

Had a pleasant stay at Srinagar

Ours was just an overnite stay.However the front desk was very courteous and even helped to provide some aid to my spouse with a slight injury.Our room was very spacious and clean.Although the room faced the main thorougfare teeming with traffic,the room was quiet and comfortable to sleep in.We would have liked a better breakfast spread than what was provided.

We had a good stay at Four Point. But there was no view and it great facilities. It’s a decent property with excellent service.

The hotel was great. Amazing and friendly staff, outstanding service and I would like to compliment on the Gohst Briyani, very delicious and I had this briyani for all my 4 days in Srinagar.

Staff cooperation was very good. Breakfast was good but food of south of india should be improved. Dinner quality & menu was not satisfactory. It should be improved for vegetarians.
