It was good, resturant service needs to be improved by making avilability of required quantity of food items in time and its serving pattern on table. Could hear some boom sound/noice in the room - probablly of out side A/c unit.

The experience was over okay. Not terrible, not amazing. There were a lot of issues with the wifi for the majority of my stay, which made contacting friends and family difficult as a non-Indian with a different country code. Overall, it was a place to sleep, shower, and keep my bags safe, which was enough for me.

The property couldn't justify the amount they are charging for the stay Now shower head, no exhaust l, no maintenance. Even after complaining for 4-5 times there was not person came to do the check.

It was good overall .. cooperative staff .. had to wait at the reception due to internet issue but the receptionist was multitasking very well reminded me of my residency days . Only issue was tv didn’t work till the time I left .

Very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Dirty floors, stained duvet cover and couch. Smell in the room that they tried to cover up with room freshner. SLow housekeeping services.

I was served coffee even as I was checking in...which is nice. However, the check-in and check-out process like so many hotels in India is very slow and recently has become slower I think and makes one think if it is worth it to visit the country
