very nice cooperative staff

Not very clean room. The food was ok but coffee pot was dirty and glass was not cleaned.

Try improve the service

DO NOT STAY HERE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PLACE, PICTURE ARE NOT TRUE. VERY DIRTY BATHROOM, MOULD ALL OVER THE SHOWER AREA, SHOWER HEAD STUCK WILL NOT MOVE, BED SHEETS STAINES, TOWELS WERE DIRTY, NEW TOWELS HAD HOLES IN THEM, STAFF VERY RUDE, THE CARPERTS very very dirty, not cleaned for months, food teays left in the corridor for over 8 hours.

It was terrible experience. The worst ever dirtiest ever filthiest ever hotel on earth. Never ever ever stay there even for free.

Hotel is not clean. Bed sheets were dirty. There are Paan stains as you step outside the lobby. The GYM has not been cleaned in a 1000 years. The breakfast and dinner buffet was decent and value for money

We wanted to follow up after our last conversation, where you asked us to refund your booking and reach out to your property to see if refunding your cancellation fee was possible. We've contacted Ginger Dwarka to see if they could make an exception and grant a refund. Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the cancellation fee. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can't be granted. We're really sorry about this; we always try to contact suppliers and advocate for our travelers in these situations. Properties often have strict policies around refunds, and there's nothing more we can do in this case. Again, we're sorry that a refund wasn't possible. Not at all comfortable Hotel is not at all clean Smelly, it seems that it’s never cleaned

It was really nice and clean

This property gives wrong information. It is very from temple and needs to shed lot of money to go to temple. Also hotel is at highway not sea facing. Basic amenities are issues here

Very very poor hotel. Maintenance and unkeep is poor to the next level. Nothing nice about the stay at all. Will never stay here ever again.
