这家酒店位于金奈市中心，交通很便利，内部装修非常豪华，尤其是进入房间后为客人精心准备了水果和点心，让人感觉很舒适。床睡得很舒服，卫生间的设计也达到了五星的标准，除了没有浴缸。 Lobby层有一家印度餐厅和小酒吧，印度餐厅收费很贵，但是口味不是很适合中国人；旁边的小酒吧相对就会好一些，有东南亚料理供选择。早餐自助也在一层，早餐的种类还是比较丰富的，值得肯定。 但是在这段旅途中发生了一段非常不愉快的小插曲，酒店的健身房在地下一层，在使用过程中我感到非常寒冷，于是向酒店方提出提高健身房空调温度的要求，但是等了45分钟也一直没有调整温度，最后管理人员出面协调，但是开始他的态度非常恶劣，让人觉得非常不舒服，身为一家五星酒店的管理人员对待客人的态度居然差到这个地步，这是完全出乎意料的。后来，他带来了温度计测量，果然健身房内部温度是18.1摄氏度，空调制冷设定的是17.5摄氏度，这是我们沟通长达一个小时之后的结果，显示他们的服务人员完全没有对客人的要求做出响应。 整体来说，除了健身房这边的人员态度恶劣外，这个酒店各方面都还不错，但是由于这次如此糟糕的体验，我不认为未来我会继续选择这家酒店入住。

Staff were polite and courteous. Always with a smile and very helpful. Right from the doorman to the cleaners - really appreciative of their efforts.

Good room - clean, spacious and filled with amenities. Property is near shopping district (walkable). Staff service is excellent and all of the staff were very helpful and rendered the service with a smile always. Grateful for breakfast buffet with a touch of south East Asian dishes like Nasi Lemak

Out of all the 5 star hotels that we have stayed in and around the world, they have unmatched service. Housekeeping, front desk and any service person is always available to attend to your needs. I wonder who the duty manager is, he has trained people so well. They never have said "no" for any of my requests. Some improvements 1. Add smart tv to rooms. Tata sky is pretty annoying with so many ads 2. Need a bit bigger rooms if possible. 3. Breakfast buffet was fantastic but aappam is only available few days, having that consistently would be good.

I booked a deluxe room for 2 ppl. But they gave me below average room this time . Iam regular customer for this hotel for the past 17 years.

Staff were amazing and made a special arrangement for our anniversary. The breakfast very good and tons of selection, the foot massage was a nice addition would recommend staying here!

Superb hotel

Amazing food and service! Went above and beyond to accommodate our requirements. Slightly older but renovated and extremely clean. Would definitely stay there again just for the service.
