Hotels.com verified review

First of all, my reservation itself was not communicated to the Hotel. An obviously, my early-checkin request was also not communicated to the Hotel. This is purely the service provider's problem and I have been having 2nd such bad experience with your site. Hotel itself was unclean. Room was extremely small. No WiFi !! Area is bad. Added to that, there was no kitchen in the Hotel and hence no breakfast; so I had to go elsewhere in the Mumbai rain for my breakfast. Come the checkout day; they don't have the card reader and hence demanded cash. Again I had to go out in search of ATM to get cash. Totally a very bad experience indeed.
