Rooms are very small. Staff service is good. There are 2 administrators. One has day shift and other has night shift. The administrator coming in night shift was really co-operative but the administrator in day and noon shift was rude. Overall other staff was really co-operative.

pros- cleanliness, bedroom cons- staff behaviour is not as expected

The hotel initially didn't want to honor my booking for no discernible reason whatsoever. I had to fight with them for half an hour to get my booked dormitory bed. The hotel reception and service staff are the worst they can be, utterly CRAP. They will insult you to your face and not have the decency of looking at you when talking to them. When they finally agreed to give me my booking I was handed off to three different people. Please know the booking had promised WiFi and showering facilities as I booked a dormitory bed. I didn't expect internet as I have stayed in upscale hotels that had problems with WiFi but how can you not have a showering facility and LIE about it. My booking was for 5 days and I guess they didn't want me to shower for that period. I declined to stay for this reason and then they started arguing about me having to pay a penalty for cancelling my stay. I was literally flabbergasted. I know this is a cheap stay option and I didn't have high expectations but the service here is at a criminal level and they don't want people showering. Also, extremely hard to find and the elevator not accessible to the general public. I got lost the first time there and could only find it after asking around the area and suddenly a boy appeared out of nowhere to take me up. Don't stay here!

Nice place value for money.

ドミトリーを予約したがインド人しかドミトリーは泊まれないから追加料金を払って個室を勧められた。そもそも外国人が泊まれないならエクスペディアに登録するなよ。と思う。ドミトリーが無理ならキャンセルしますとエクスペディア側に伝えたところ、キャンセルはできないと言われた。そんなの、そっちの都合だろ！と強く言い続けてやっとフリーでキャンセルしますと言われたが、いい加減な対応だったので、できないのだろう。ホテルのスタッフも迷惑そうな顔をしていた。 キャンセルできるまでこのコメントは残します。残っている場合はそういうホテルということです。皆さんこのホテルには気をつけてください。 this hotel dormitory could stay only india people. i booked dormitory but i couldn’t stay. and they recommend single room and add price. i didn’t want single room. so i cancelled booking, but expedia stuff said you can’t cancel by free. i said it’s your personal reason! i was angry . finally he accepted my claim. but now i have not get domitory fee. this comment don’t erase until i get back dormitory fee. everybody be careful this hotel.
