Room service and staff support were extremely poor. I forgot my watch in the room after checkout and contacted the hotel immediately. Despite multiple calls, the staff either said they would call back (which never happened) or disconnected the call once I explained the issue. There was no clear response, no follow-up, and no effort to help recover a guest’s lost item. Very unprofessional handling and disappointing experience overall.

Decent hotel with decent amenities. Hotel is clean but needs maintenance. Staffs are also okay.

The stay was really good and its a really good hotel for those catching early morning trains from Udaipur

I stayed in Hotel LeROI Deluxe Silver with Balcony from 22nd of October till 24th of October in room number 224. The property for sure just 10 steps away from the Udaipur railway station,brand new, rooms are neat & daily room was cleaned. It would possibly one of the few good hotels in terms of price point, but sadly at this place the service was really poor had to call the reception twice in order to get water this not happened once but twice in 2 days. Wifi facility in my room was poor had to search nooks and corners of the room to catch the signal. They noted my request for a birthday cake which was not fulfilled at all. In the room there was not fridge, no in-room safe, Iron/ironing board which as per the deal was mentioned. Daily breakfast was not managed properly, people were kept waiting for 20 minutes at a stretch just to have their first meal of the day.
